There has been some debate about the gold that is donated to the guild. I wanted to post some info specifically about donations.
1. We do not yet know what the Guild gold is for. There has been discussion that there will eventually be Guild Quests that we would do as a group that the gold might fund. Whatever Gaia has in mind for the guilds, we will all get to enjoy the rewards of the process as a group. I do not have access to the gold and will not have access to anything that is donated directly to the guild. It is only for the good and use of the guild as a whole.
2. Several suggestions have been made as to how to raise gold for the guild. Please see the post marked Any Suggestions for the entire discussion details.
3. Anyone wanting to donate gold directly to the guild, please go to the "Guild Home" and at the bottom there is a place where you are to put your password and a place to put an amount for the donation. Then you click donate to guild and your donation will be made.
4. Anyone wanting to donate an item to the guild to be auctioned off, please post to this topic first with the name of the item that you are donating and whether or not you will be trading it to me to auction for you, or that you will be auctioning the item off yourself. I just want everything to be on the up & up and have everyone knowing what I am supposed to be auctioning and for whom, so there is no chance of any mistakes being made.
5. Any questions regarding this information may also be posted in this tread.

If you want to see a complete list of how much anyone has donated, you can find that information on the Member List link. It has the amount each member has donated to the guild. I appreciate every single g donated.
Never feel obligated to donate, but just know that whatever is donated will eventually be put to good use!
1-249, 250-499, 500-749, 750-999, 1000-2499, 2500-3999, 4000-5499, 5500-6999, 7000+
Once you have reached the limit of the color breakdown, showing you have donated an obscene amount of gold, your name will get bigger.
I moved this entire post from the news & updates. Sorry to confuse anyone, I just thought it was more fitting in this announcement.

Hey guys, I wanted to tell you, the way I use to track donations has been taken away by Gaia, so I don't know when you guys make new donations. If you make any new donations and I haven't changed your amounts on the donations list, or if it is your first donation and I have never put your name on the color coded list, please PM me.

With the gold how bout using it for contests, drawings, and such? It will get a little more activity on the board.
