They made a remake of RHPS!
They redid it wit punk music and a new cast...
It was shown at an independent film festival
i cant believe they tryed to remake it

OYG! I heard about a Punk Rock cover of all the songs (one of my friend's bands actually did Science Fiction, if I'm not mistaken x.x), and it looks AWESOME! I want it soooooo bad!

yeah i saw a cd of rhps, and it was all different punk/rock bands doing covers of the songs =]
i want it so bad!
i would love to see another movie of rhps =P
the more the better

Wait wait wait, what?
I wasn't aware of any damn movie to this, my understanding was that this was just a cd of punk versions of Rocky. And I hardly think it was meant to be a remake.

Ok, so my friend loaned me the CD, and the Time Warp SUCKS FAT a**! Imagine Napolian Dynomite's brother singing solo karaoke drunk, and that's what it's like. It makes me want to gouge out my eyes and plug my ears with them. Otherwise, the CD ROCKS!!!

It is just a CD... if somebody did a stage production, that's upto them, but the official thing is just a CD. i really love Me First and the Gimme Gimmies' "Science Fiction (Double Feature), but Tsunami Bomb's "Planet Schmanet Janet" is also very good, in my opinion.

The album itself is on iTunes, and if you want to hear it, you can listen to previews of all the songs. i just bought it for myself, and heard some songs i hadn't before. "The Time Warp" is... interesting, but "The Sword of Damocles" is quite wonderful. However, i would suggest skipping "I Can Make You A Man."

My Favorite on the album was Hot Patootie by The Phenomenauts. And I love Tsunami Bomb!! I cried when they broke up. And I have to say something about Big d! I had one of my most memorable moments with them and westbound train!! Last summer on the summer of ska bash tour. if you wanna know the story you'll have to ask! ^_-
The Ataris also did a Science Fiction they did the reprise.
