Hello, I'm Edward Elric, aka the "Fullmetal" Alchemist. I was hereby ordered to take on this responsibility as an owner of a building, and Colonel Mustang chose this place as my responsibility. I've gotten many enrollment permission forms, with good info. I've accepted almost everyone as my students. Below is my information.

Bio: If you've ever watched the Fullmetal Alchemist Series, I've added a twist to when Ed and Al did the Human Transmutation. Edward, since he kept most of his body, he lost his right arm and left leg, but instead of losing just that, he ended up with a permanent punishment -- Becoming half-neko. Now, in the military, Edward works under Colonel Roy Mustang, and was told that there are lots of neko-beings, like himself. Edward usually wears his red trench-coat's hood over his head, thanks to embarrassment of his current state.
Colonel Mustang specifically said, "Fullmetal, you are hereby ordered to run and operate this Nyao Neko School for beings like yourself. You need to prove you're worthy of this job...and if you do, you'll be in charge of this old school building until I decide you can switch positions." Though, later on, Lieutenant Colonel Maes Hughes dies from the Homunculus, Envy, he promised Mustang he'd do the job. It was either this or take Hughes' job. Ed thought it over.
Now, he's not only the owner of Nyao Neko, but he's also a teacher of most of the classes.
