Deep in a formidable forest full of dangers and rival ninjas a slight reflection of light catches your eye in a very large, old tree, ahead of you. On your guard you carefully approach to find that a patio of wooden planks has been placed cradled in one of the ancient tree's old brances. There's a single metal table with a glass top and two ornate black metal chairs with gray seat cushions. You think that this is where the reflected light must have come from, but then turning around slowly you see a door carved almost seamlessly into the tree with a small glass window in it. You peer through the tiny window and see a rather spacious room carved into the tree. Curious you carefully open the door and step in. There are several tables and boothes set about the room. It is lit by natural light coming in from slitted windows carved higher up in the tree, with small, decorative lanterns to supplement that light come night time.
Towards the back of the room there is a bar counter and a door behind that that opens into a kitchen. To the side of the this large bar room there is an open door inviting you into another large room with couches and recreation equipment scattered througout. There's a big screen tv built into one of the walls, a small fireplace in another corner, and in the center of the room a space left for sparring and fighting.
By the door to the rec room there is a spiral staircase that goes around the entire circumfrence of the large tree up to where there is another level, equally spacious, with living quaters and facilities, along with a den filled with books and another fireplace. There are rooms with beds and there are rooms with hammocks. All are lit with the same slitted windows, and small lanterns. In one of the rooms you notice a small sign saying "Thank you for staying at the Konoha Cafe and Inn."
You go back downstairs and find a girl with chine length blood red hair watching you with her slightly asian eyes. After a moment she smiles slightly, wether it is a smile of pleasantry or evil it is hard to tell, she masks her feelings well. Around her neck is a ninja headband with a maple leaf. In a slow, melodic voice she greets you. "I am the Foreign Ninja, Rika. Welcome to the Konoha Cafe and Inn."

Konoha Cafe and Inn
Rules
1. Please try to be at least semi-lit.
2. You can play as an OC or as a Naruto character.
3. You may fight in the rec room but no killing.
4. Please don't fight in the main bar room.
5. No godmodding or auto-hitting (I'm a stickler about this, I will get after you. If you need more information about what this is just ask).

Occupations:
You may decide you don't want to have a job at all and just be a patron coming and going like the breeze through the trees, but if you wish to have a job at this cafe/inn please just post in parenthesis ((I would like to be a ____)) as your application. There may be certain qualifications for certain jobs. Read on to see what each job entails. If it says "There are no qualifications for this job" it means that you don't have to do anyting other than apply via post for this job. Yes you may have more than one job.
Owner:
The owner oversees everything that has to do with the cafe and inn and can fill in all positions. This is a position reserved for Rika (KatDrama). You may not apply for this position.
Owner:Rika (KatDrama)
Co-owner:
The co-owner helps the owner with her management duties. I will personally be selecting this candidate over time. You cannot apply for this position.

Bouncer:
A bouncer regulates fights in the rec room and keeps things in line in the bar. A bouncer must know the rules of fair fighting. If you want a position as a bouncer you must PM me or post a sample of your fighting before I give you the job.

A bartender mans the bar and serves the patrons. May fill in for waiters/waitresses and cooks as needed. There are no qualifications for this job.

The slow light that filtered through the tall window slits dappled the natural wood floor as the wind blew gently through the trees outside. The shadows from the leaves fell upon a lone figure which moved as silently as the wind. Swaying gently like the leaves outside the gentle light cast mysterious shadows upon her figure.
She wore a sweatshirt which was gray on top and black on the bottom with gray reinforced patches on the elbow. Red fingerless gloves adorned her skillful hands as she polished a table spotless. Her black cargo pants were tucked into her black, shined, military style boots. Cropped hair, the color of blood, hung over her mysterious eyes. A bit of light reflected off of her maple leaf headband which was tied around her neck.
Sighing softly she stood to observe the empty bar. Her deep blue eyes seemed to dance like the soft light which adorned the room, giving it an earthy, peaceful feeling. "Build it and they will come." She chuckled softly, her voice a whispering laughter on the wind.

A slight tinge of anger flared in Rika's eyes. "About time you slacker!" She smirked devilishly, her blue eyes piercing into him as she wrung out the dust rag in her hands. She was just fooling with him. He wasn't really late, she just loved to see people in a mad scramble, flustered because they think they're late and about to loose their jobs.
((btw Vazh dude...i think your sig is large than regulation size...at least it's freakin' huge on my computer screen...))

"You better be sorry." She chuckled and made as if to whack him with her dust cloth but didn't. Leaning with her elbows on the bar she stared up at the sunlight coming through the slits. The sky outside was turning an amber orange. "Well..." She turned her head slightly to look in Vazh's direction. "It's that time of day...I'd think customers would be trickling in pretty soon..."
