Seriously?
Acheron Hades from the first Tuesday Next book, The Eyre Affair. He's so delightfully evil. Well, maybe he's not my fave chara, but he's the first one to come to mind.
On further reflection, I find this question pointless, seeing as there are multiple fave charas. It's like asking me what my favorite book is--I can't tell.
