You need a spectre first of all...
you back up ABOVE the warthog spawn at red base, hold A, and boost into the wall. Keep holding A, and creep your way out of the level. Then find your way to a long steep pole/ramp, hold the A button, and boost up it.
I video tutorial would be nice for those who can, but if you want me to show you, send a Friend Request to TheFlyingSquee (no spaces) and I can show you personally

I do... I'll explain but it's better to see in person.
It's at blue base, when facing the back of the base, it is in the far right corner. You crouch jump onto the snow mound jutting out, and then walk along the brown slant thing till you get to the other side. jump and hold crouch to land on the steep hill, you must crouch wal all the way up or you will fall. Then you jump off, walk towards the end with another wall (very bright snow) and from that point, you need to sword cancel up with a friend (large hill) to make it completely up and out

You actually dont have to sword cancel, there is a spot where you can crouch walk, then jump out of the map. Althought sword canceling is quicker.

I think you have the wrong part, because I know you crouch walk right after walking along the wall, but once you get up, you walk down a pathway where there is ANOTHER wall, which you can't get up on your own
