Nawari felt so heavy..she looked to the sides off her her belly was sticking out there too she didn't know you could become pragnent just with spending one night with a nice boy. She wasn't as thin and fast as before not with that kicking belly under her, that pup or pups had been more livley the latest days she didn't like that at all...
She sighed while she walked into the swamplands where was Genzi's home now again? she tried picking up his scent but not a track yet..
" Hmm where could he be? "

Mkugenzi lay perched happily upon a sun bathed rock. There were few places int he swamps where the sun truely came through bright and cheerful, but here upon this rock was the most perfect sun batheing spot and a great vantage point to. Of course, he didn't expect when he opened his eyes to spot Nawari coming through the mist of the boggy lands. "Ulo thar!" he called through the midday gloom of the marsh. "It's been a woil lass 'ow be ya?" he smiled happily his olive coloured eyes resting on the figure he could recognise in a heart beat. She seemed a bit more encombred than when last he had seen her but he just shrugged it off as wearyness. She still looked as prertty as ever. He was very glad she was back.

Nawari continued to climb on small rocks with her bigger body that she didn't like at all she could barley do anything like she could before so she really could need Genzi's help. Then she heared someone calling her name and perked her ears forward and tried to spot whoever it was..
" Oh Genzi is that you? "
Ah there he was on a rock not far from her he looked like himself and all happy over seeing her, that was really good since she had some news to tell him. She smiled when she saw him and wagged her tail she had missed him..
" Heh dear you mind comming over here i have some new to tell ya and i could need some help "

Mkugenzi looked rather confused though he swiftly jumpped from the rock he was perched upon. he would of course do anything to help nawari "Was wrong?" he said in a rather concerned manner as he waddle hopped towards the pale female his olive coloured eyes fixed upon her form. "If somones urt ya lass I'll be about ready ta fight for ye I will!" It had occured to Mkugenzi as he bounded towards her that perhaps she was in trouble, though her voice didn't sound to worried.
Skidding to a halt before the female he smiled looking around for a moment for the trouble she might be needing his help for, he couldn't see anything though he did notice that Nawaris form had changed slightly. She must have had a good trip she was looking chubbier than when last he had seen her. She looked nice with a bit of extra weight, though again the question hit why did she need his help? She looked healthy glowing almost.

Nawari sat down and waited for him to come down he didn't seem to notice what was going on at all but he was probably not use to situations with girls getting pragnent..he should pick up the scent but maybe he didn't think clear. She smiled she was not mad at him just full off toughts if he really liked her as much as she liked him..
" Dear there is something i need to tell you "
She looked up at him with her glowing purple eyes she seemed a little worried but it was hard to notice if you didn't know her that well. How would he react if she told him? he was the father off these future babies so she had to tell him but she didn't know if he was the father type..
There it was again...one off the babies kicked against her tummy with one off it's small feets...she was sure it was more then 1 it had to be...she made an expression that it hurt a little but mostley it just felt weird she stroke one off her paws over her belly and hoped that the baby would calm down..

Mkugenzi tilted his head curiously "aye lass what be botherin ya?" his brow creased curiously. Mkugenzi wasn't at all used to females getting rpegnant, well except for kikawaida, but she was a lion he didn't really link her with another genet. Scrunching his brow he faintly noticed ehr uncomfortable look though he didn't see the movement around her stomach. Smiling he padded up to the pretty little female he had met such a short time ago and nuzzled ehr cheek "I'm glad to ave ya back lassy, this place, it's damn lonely without ya" he smiled, his gruff voice never changing though it did have a very kind air to it. That was just the way he spoke.
Pulling back a bit he smiled lightly trying to keep that rough boy exterior up and failing rather misserably. "siddown lass, I'm ere" he gruns, looking a little embarressed, he wasn't very good at this whole sweet and pretty thing, he was rather rough around the edges an old bacholor though very kind at heart he could be rather gruff.

Nawari shoke her fur so she looked even more bigger but she tought that suited her very good. She waited for genzi to react but he seemed a little slow meeting females and babies was probably not his thing at all..so she hoped he would understand and be happy for it..
She sighed and looked at him then she walked up to him and sat down infront off him.
" Dear! you know when i last stayed here when we first met...well that is going to make you a father and i proud one i hope "
She said the last part with a proud voice she was happy over the babies comming but still unsure off what Genzi would think..

Mkugenzi stared at the pale female for a moment. He blinked, his brow creasing. "Pardon?" Had he heard that right? He was going to be a father? "aye lass you be kiddin' roight?" He blinked, still dissbeleiving though, becoming as proud father would certainly explain her extra girth and the tired though glowing look she had about her. "Oim gunna be a dad?" he paused and licked his lips "Blimey" A smile creased his face and he licked Nawari's cheek.
"Wull lass it aint spected, but I'm moihgty appy about it. You best come with me lass, i best get you ome, you look tired." He paused, looking contemplative. "Uhm, you be waitin' ere alright? I'll go get a frien' o mine and she'll carry you to my den. you're lookin' moighty shattered!" Without another word the green genet dashed off throught he mist of the swamps. He was going to be a dad! He wasn't exactly sure if he was ready to be a dad, he'd never really thought about it.

Nawari hoped that it didn't sound to rude she did feel all moody and she tought she sounded a little grumpy for the moment and not nice at all...she smiled when she heard his reaction it was a good one but somewhat what she imagined and that was nice she did know him a little after all.
" Haha yes dear...babies use to happen when a male and a female is together you know "
She laughed and tought her special one where so silly but so cute but she looked a lot calmer now and decided to lay down she was more far gone then she know she wasn't sure on how long the babies would grow inside there becase she didn't remember her own birth.
" Oh ok i wait here...i be a nice girl "

It wasn't long before Mkugenzi came diving through the mist again closely followed by an adult lioness. He stopped before Nawari and smiled nudging her cheek lightly "This is moi frien' Kikawaida she'll carry you to mah den" He smiled brightly looking up at the pink eyes female of the swamps.
Kikawaida smiled "I'm very pleased to meet you, Mkugenzi has told us very little about you miss nawari" He voice was light and airy and she smiled softly, the khaki coloured lioness blended well with her surroundings, she was a true swamp lioness. Bending down she settled on the soft ground. "Climb on I'll take you both to mkugenzi's den" she whispers a smile alighting on her face. She had'nt even thought Mkugenzi had a girlfirend yet heer she was carrying his cubs! How sweet! She knew her genet companion needed a love in his life, perhaps when the cubs arrived he would be less grumpy. He really was a sweet heart when you got to know him. Though it seemed this rpetty little female already knew that. How sweet!
Mkugenzi grinned sheepishly and nudges d nawari lightly "Arfter you lass" he grunted "you be careful now, I don't want you urtin yourself." he smiledsoftly touching nawaris tummy with a gentle affection. He never thought he would be a daddy! He was glad that Nawari was the motehr though, he truely adored the light coloured femme.

Nawari was still sitting in the same spot there Genzi left her she wasn't as flexible as before but she could walk but she decided she needed some rest and waited for genzi and his friend.
" Oh hallo! ah well i have noticed that Genzi isn't the most talkactive boy you can find but it's ok...but now you know who i am "
She smiled and looked back at Genzi and snuggeld him back he really seemed to be happy over the sudden situation but she had to tell him as soon as possible it wasn't more then right. She let herself being carried by the female lioness she wasn't really thinking that it was a lion carring her she used to be more suspious with them but this was Genzi's friend and she was to tired to care she almost fell a sleep on teh way to his den but manadge to keep her eyes open.

The green genet smiled as kikawaida carried them both towards his den. he nuzzled Nawari lightly as they came close "Nearly there now" he whispered looking worried at how tired she was. "Oim bout thinkin you best go straight in an rest and I'll fetch us some grub" he smiled hoping he could make it better. Nawari did look ever so tired.
Kikawaida came to a stop before her green friends den and lay down slowly to let the two jump off. Turning to The green genet she nudged his ears "Come and see me if yuo need any help" she whispered looking to Nawari "It was nice to meet you miss Nawari I do hope to see you again, rest easy" she whispers waiting for a few moments until nawari had stepped off her back before standing and trotting bacvk off in to the swamps.
Mkugenzi smiled nudging nawari gently towards his comfortable den "In ya go lass, you just be relaxin' now an I'll go and get us something to eat, you just sleep i won't be too long" he grinned gently licking the pale females cheek "I'm glad you're back lass, I'll take care of ya, I promise"

She smiled towards the lion once more and wiggeld into the den, Genzi felt like he cared alot and that was good? she guessed it was but she still wanted to as him some things there was so many things she wanted to know..
She layed down and looked at him..
" You better do! you made me fat "
Then she suddenly closed her mouth...what was she saying? Genzi was so nice to her and all and she says something like that? she couldn't belive herself the situation most have amde her all moody and she didn't like that..
" I am sorry...i didn't meen it like that it just fly out off my mouth.. "

Mkugenzi smiled lightly. He remembered back when kikawaida was pregnant, she had little outbursts of anger too but she never meant them.
Padding up to the little femme before him he nuzzled her cheek moving his nose all the way down her side to gently run his snout over her distended belly "an lass you do look roight beautiful with a bit of weight" He smiled charmingly nudging ehr slightly on to his bed of leaves and grasses which he collected for sleeping on "Besiods you aint fat, you're jus' carryin' babies, an no matter what you'll always be beautiful to me awroight?" he grinned rather sheepishly, it sounded corny even to him but he fully meant it. "Now you jus' stay there, oi'll be back in a jiffy!" With that and with a final nudge to her cheek he darted off to find food, he hoped she liked froogs and grubbs, the swamp was the best place in the world for bugs and amphebians.

Nawari decided to take a rest but she wanted to stay awake until Genzi got back there was still so many things she wanted to ask him about his life and hwo he came her and became that lioness friend there must be a reason right? but it didn't took long until she was asleep and the babies in her stomach remaind calm for now..
