All you have to do is just go onto the chocobo tracks and run around them for awile till you battle one when your battling dont attack the chocobo attack the other monsters then youll be able to ride on i allmost forgot you need the materia chocobo lure you get it from the farm right next to the swamps.
sorry i thought you ment in the ff7 game sweatdrop
