At school some kids were playing that game. I think I've tried before at Best Buy and I couldn't play it correctly. sweatdrop

i havent played it but if its anything like playing guitar for real i should be sweet! i really wanna give it a go coz ive heard that one of my favourite bands is on there, YAY THE DONNAS! xp

yes, a lot of the music on there is mostly classic rock, so it has great songs on it.
The controller does have some elements of guitar in it. Strumming, whammying, and fretting. there's also the hammer on and pull off techniques in it. But idk how good people are at guitar, so some of this just might sound like jibberish.
But play it if you get the chance! I got my girl-friends playing this, and some dont play guitar at all, and they love it! the ones that do, are OBSESSED with it!

I played it at Best Buy and I really want it. My dad doesn't really want to buy it for me cause its $70 for the game and the guitar. He says the guitar feels like cheap plastic crap. T-T

T-T yes. it is quite expensive. and yes, the guitar is cheap plastic crap. xp but if you break it down... $70 isn't expensive at all. $40-$50 for the game itself, so that leaves $30-$20 for the controller. It's the same price to buy a new game and a new regular PS2 controller.

i wouldn't mind trying out the game someday, but i don't quite have the cash for it. it's a bit out of my price-range for video games. sweatdrop

I tried it at Wal-Mart, they got it hooked up to a huge TV in electronics.
It's pretty fun, but not so much fun that I'd spend $70 on it.
I'm going to let my roommate buy it and play while he's asleep. twisted
