Luca is awesome and can easily make history in the video game world as one of the ebst villains ever. However...
My choice as favorite villain is Windy. Windy made me love her and hate her at the same time. Luca only made me love him. Plus Windy's tragic past predates Luca's, so Luca can't win that either.

I'm vain, and I think Yuber is teh secks heart heart heart . So he'd be my favorite.
But if I were to choose a villian not based on his looks, I'd choose Luca Blight. He's such an awesome homicidal maniac. XD

Sarah. I dunno, I really liked her character (yes, she has a personality), and I thought it was very tragic and touching that she would commit terrible acts she would never really do, if she wasn't asked by Luc. And how she chose to die even when she had the choice of living, and being calm about it, was pretty novel too.
And her outfit was just teh secks. I want one.

Gah... I hate Sialeeds. One of the only characters who truly made me hate her. She got no love from me.

Luca Blight -- because it took a hundred men to kill him, but he killed men by the hundreds. How much more villainous can you get?
Least fav Villain -- Luc... because his motives did not move me enough to justify his actions. I liked him better as the seemingly cold-hearted jerk that everyone wanted to hate in GS1 & 2.

My favorite villian will have to be Sir Troy from S4. He never did seem evil.
My least favorite vilian is Gizel Godwin from S5. I hate that guy more then any other villian in every game I ever played.
