((I know i might be breaking the rules a little, but when do i get my own 4 on 4 battle?))

((I'd like to ask if we came here prepared for the cold or if we just kind of appeared?))

Carlos looked around at the desolate wasteland he was in and slowly started to wrap his arms around himself. The layers of clothing and armor did little to keep the cold from creeping in to the very bone. Placing the his infrared goggles on to keep the snow from getting into his face, he realized that the temperatures kept him from seeing his own body heat. Like being covered in ice. You could see specks here and there but overall, he was a walking ice patch. He took his goggles off again and noticed that the trees gave away the fact that they were standing on at least a couple feet of snow. The trees arouned ranged from nearly buried to still being able to tower over everything, even in this extreme climate. He saw the mountain nearby and figured it would be the best place to go in order to stay warm. If they're lucky, they could find a deep cave. As he tried to walk forward, he could feel his weapons sliding on his back. He noticed the otehrs with him now, Some of the recruits I saw at the obstacle course. Deciding to take the leadership role for this short time, he said aloud, "Everyone, it'd be best to head for the mountain and try to find somewhere to hide from the cold." The whole time his mouth was open a steady stream of steam came out, like the engine of a train. Each breath he inhaled seemed to instantly freeze and sting his lungs.

((As for my weapons, it's all the basics that I have on my profile. M-4, etc.))

((Glad to know I'm up against a small armory gonk ...and someone who is warm. xd Anyway, I'll wait for the others to respond. You do realize that with the armor, vests, kevlar, and clothing, your movement will be greatly hindered.))

From the wind-swept trees above de Marco, a bundled figure dropped from the branches above him. The slight figure of Zetsumei was clothed in a full-body sneaking suit. Over the tight suit, winter-camo pants and a bleached bomber jacket clung to his shivering frame. His heavy boots slightly sunk in the deep snow as he whispered to De Marco, "There are four of them. None seem to be ready for any type of combat, yet I may be wrong, it's hard as hell trying to see anything from up there..no cover from the wind."

He then shifted the weight of the heavy sniper rifle on his back and waited for his leaders response.

Valkiron was almost laughing at his good fortune when he was the maps of the terrain. He lived in Siberia for some time after his time in the military. He was used to the cold and all that it brought with it. Valkiron had on snow shoes incase he fell in the deeper show patches, a parka, thermos, a great coat, face mask and thermo goggles. his choice of weapons are a OICW with a 4x scope and with 20 30-round magazines and five grenades in a bandolier at his side. other then that he had a pair of binoculars. "Carlos, I dont care where we go the cold is going to get to us. We dont have time to wait for the enemy. We need to find them fast, or we die of hypothermia, fast."

((Now I'm confused. I asked if we were prepared for this cold climate and you said we just sort of appeared. Yet the two crew come by with clothing, hoods, armories, etc. and Valkiron is completely ready for a winter assault. Only Jaz and I started off like you said, just here for some wierd reason. Are we prepared for this climate or not? If you decide to change your mind now, which in turn will explain the crews' and Valkiron's post then Jaz and I are now at a disadvantage unless you'll allow us to edit our posts. Sorry if I sound like a p***k, but everything seems to be contradictory to the answer you gave me.))

EDIT - ((And also with all that weight, the snow must be really really compact if you're not sinking in it. I mean we're on twenty feet of snow, you'd sink with each step if you were hundreds of pounds.))
