I'd like to reduce my breast size.

To me, breasts that cannot fit in my hand are absolutely worthless.

That aside, does anyone know of a good diet/exercise plan for me?

I've heard stuff like pushups only firm your breasts and make them look fuller. Yucky goo.

I need to cut down on my fat intake, anyway.

Advice? whee

I'd like to steer clear of surgery. dramallama

Losing weight or working out may not affect your breast size. Sometimes it does, sometimes you won't lose anything there at all. You just have to try it and see. Surgery may be the only sure bet though.

As far as general weight loss stuff:

-Drink water instead of juices or soda
-Eat many smaller meals instead of one or two big meals
-Don't eat after 8 or 9 at night unless you plan on staying up very late; your metabolism shuts down at night for the most part
-Eat breakfast. Preferably a big breakfast. The sooner you start your metabolism after you wake up, the more calories you can burn.

As far as exercise, I personally like swimming, but it requires pool access and hot weather usually. Cardio burns a lot of calories while weight lifting builds muscles, so the type of exercise you do depends on what you want.

i dont know the name of the machine in the gym but its where you pull the weights using your arms at right angles from the sides inwards, apparently that tones them, but push ups to help actually but i wouldnt rely on them alone. firming lotion may help, but generally exercise would do it. keep away from surgery its baaaaad, not to mention expensive -_-

I don't think surgery is bad at all. Its just very painfull, so..keep that in mind. How they reduce breast size in your breast is they cut your n****e out, and then cut three insisions(sp?) making the remaining part of your breasts in triangles basicly. Then they take away parts of the fat tissue and sew you all back together.

(sorry if that was graphic..i watch allot of A&E lol)

I have known several people who have benifited so much from having the surgery. Seriously, it can be a great thing for certain people. Specially if your breast are so large its causing you major back problems.

if you can't loose weight in your breasts then id say thats your only choice. Money isn't the issue probably, its the pain. (in my mind)

Now, to help loose weight in your breasts, for me personally if i just loose weight I loose breast size. I flux between..a 34b all the way up to a 38c. It really honestly depends on how much I weigh.

But in general I don't really think theres anything you can do sides surgery to loose breast size. unless you just go completly anorexic which...is..just...sad if you choose that.

I hate to break it to you, but there's no guarantee that your breasts are going to get smaller with exercise. I lost a substantial amount of weight when I was 16, and have continued losing weight up to now, and my boobs have never changed size. Its worth a shot to see if it will happen, but don't be disappointed if it doesn't work. Otherwise, I don't think you should really worry about it. Unless they're so big that they're hurting your back, and causing you pain.
