After watching POTO for my 14th time, and listening to the CD like a billion times xD I came to thinking, that im just not sick-minded and it might actually be about sex. i shall give you some reasons why I think so
1)What sweet seduction lies before us . . .?
2)I've already imagined our bodies entwining defenceless and silent
3) The whole song looks like he's seducing her.
Dont get me wrong, PoNR is one of my favorites off the soundtrack. I just want to know what you all think about it : )

You're not imagining it. If you ever read the libretto there's a line the the chorus sings
Serve the master so that, when tables, plans and maids are laid, Don Juan triumphs once again!
The entire song is really just one sexual reference after another.

Well, The Point of No Return is the most openly perverted song on the soundtrack...and, for those (besides me) who caught it, Music of the Night is a biggie too...

I'm surprised my mom didn't pounce on me saying "BADSONGNOLISTENINGFORYOU!" o_o; But I heart that song deeply.. But it's the only song I don't sing.... In public or around anyone. XD; My mom would lock me up.

Music of the Night has the ability to be either extremely sensual or beautifully innocent. It all depends on the way it is sung, but in general it is a more romantic song while PoNR is all about the raw passion. I find myself preferring Music of the Night because it isn't all about the sex, and it doesn't have to be all about the sex. It's a song that I would love for a guy to serenade me with.
Still...I'd probably do a guy who could sing PoNR well.

You don't have to worry about that. I've had a stalker in real life before, so I know how creepy it really feels. Just thinking about him gives me the shivers...

Well, what do you expect an opera entitled Don Juan Triumphant to be about? Posies? The title hints right away that it's a very dark and rather lustful opera so PonR is just that.
