OMG.
OMGOMG.
Finally. After FIVE, long, hard years of waiting, I can now finally call a rare copy of Suikoden mine once again. You've no idea how much I've missed this game. I was almost in tears when the nice (semi-hot) guy at the GameStop handed it to me.
I've missed it so.
And now I can no longer hold a grudge against that stupid-a** 3rd-cousin of mine who stole it... and then broke it. I cried for days.
But now my suffering is over. I can now once again play as Tir the Original Pimp, and cry like a baby over Gremio's death.
This is truly a day of celebration.

Just checked all the GameStop stores in a 200 mile radius to see if any had it... and I was surprised! A lot had it. Actually, the one I got it at had two copies.
Suikoden 2 is a different story though. More expensive and less common. The Gamestop right down the road from me has it though. Hehe...

O rly? I totally bet you they do. I was surprised actually. There are 8 Game stores that have Suikoden 2 (45 with Suikoden) in stock within a 200 mile radius of where I live! biggrin I'm sure if you did a search on gamestop.com you could find a few... Sure, you might have to drive 3 hours, but hey, you'd get... for 60 dollars...

Congrats Chikuu! I still don't have a copy of the original suikoden yet. I borrowed it from my cousins and they lost it. I should of bought it when I had the chance. XD

Every time I go to GameStop, I stare at the copy of Suikoden V there, wishing I had it. I don't have any Suikoden games. I have the .bin file for Suikoden II but other than that, nothing. And I've never played III, IV, or V b/c I don't have a PS2 neutral

Divine, you don't have any of the Suikoden games? I mean, you obviously had to have played them, since you're in the guild but... Well, whatever.
When the PS3 comes out, the price for the PS2 will go down hella style. I would get one then, along with a few Suikoden games. Also, Suikoden is seriously not that hard to find. It's a lot more common than Suikdoen 2 is, and is much cheaper.
And WTF is a .bin? Gods, this is my whole .rar dilemma all over again...

I have ePSXe. That's an emulator for playstation. I can play ps1 games if there's a cd rom provided. But at my college, students can download stuff from each other and I downloaded Suikoden II from someone else. ePSXe allows you to play other files too if there's no cd involved. .bin is just the file II came in.
Chikuu, no I don't OWN any of the games, except II but I'm not sure you can count that confused . II is on my harddrive (so obviously I've played it mad many times) and I played I when a friend lent it to me. Other than that, I haven't PLAYED III, IV, or V.

omg congrats chikuu!!! i wish i had GameStop where i lived? unless im stupid and havent realized that there is one here...>.>
but my friend has just informed me... that he just got Suikoden 2....and he was going to give it to me... but now he's not cause he thinks im mean to him T__________T
