I combined slim fast and trimspa into a suicide diet last month and I feel kinda odd >.> I dunno, I can tell I have lost a litle bit of weight because some of my pants fit slightly more comfortable, but I keep getting these sort of panic attacks if I envision myself skinny. On the plus side, every night when i eat dinner, it is the most glorious meal I have ever had. I spend the entire day drinking bland diet shakes and fantasizing about what my dinner will be. My real concern though is that I notice myself growing more emotionally attached to eating than usual, I get majorly happy around 5 oclock when I start cooking, but I still feel somwhat afraid to lose the weight. Although neither of which otuweigh my desire to be in better shape. I am so confused >.>

Hmm.
First of all, consult your doctor. The worst thing for health generally is weight gain combined with weight loss. Also somehow spending the day sipping weight-loss sludge and then eating a large and high-calorie meal doesn't sound healthy to me.

Its scary to lose weight, I'm on a kinda diet/exercise plan right now, more to get more healthy than anything else but as I've been fat since I was little I'm so used to it now. I'm kinda that I'm scared if I lose weight then my life isn't going to get any better - I've always partly blamed my weight for all my problems, from being turned down for a job to my turbulent love life.
But you sound like you have waaaaaay more willpower than me, I couldn't cope on only a few shakes a day and a proper dinner. Just be careful, you shouldn't deny yourself too much, especially if its making you unhappy!

Then i try to be sensable for dinner. Like I eat alot of healthy food and protiens. Last night I had citrus stir fry chicken with cashews, broccoli, green beans, red peppers and water chesnuts over a rice bowl. It was heavenly XD

I haven't been eating much lately. I've just been caught up in other things and it's been keeping me away from my emotional eating habit... so my diet obviously has changed a bit. Today was horrible. I was craving food so badly and I kept eating through out the day. It was mostly sugary foods too, which isn't good for me.
I must admit, you're brave for being able to put Slim Fast into your body. That stuff is sickening to me. I guess I kind of like the strawberry kind, though... but the rest is liquified poo. x_x

Has anyone tried one of those diets where you don't eat after like 6pm? I was planning on giving that a try and would like some feedback.

So I'm stuck at this weight and not budging. xp

I don't think that a mix of products like that is health... you just experienced the side-effects, like being hungrier than usual.
