As we all know, after the current arc, Ice Queen intends to step back from the Masquerade and attend to her other interests. While she may return from time to time, she has indicated several times that it will fall to us to maintain the RP and keep our Masque cared for.

That leaves us with many opportunities to expand into new plotlines and for each of us to have a "voice" so to speak...on how the game will be run.

Obviously Ice and Trinity will keep their position as "leaders", but the rest of us will have no hierarchy save as equals. Therefore we will all need to discuss how we would like to proceed from here.

This is where we can all place our thoughts specifically regarding the future of our Masque. Do they die when Ice moves on? Or do we choose to keep things interesting and active for those brave few of us that have stuck it out this far?

Im a sucker for backdrop and setting...so I would like to honestly see what impact Masquerade has actually had in the rest of the surrounding area. Are there other planets nearby? How advanced WERE they before being cursed? Just restrained to the planet? or able to move beyond it?

And now that things are less "magical" based...how would that relate to them? And just how long have they been cursed? Are there other beasts on the planet? Dangers that might waken when the curse is listed?

*stops rattling*

That would be neat. Gee and I were thinking that Nika and Shi would start looking about too...

Villains are fun XD If there were more of us right now, it might even have been a neat twist to have one of our characters skinny dip into the negative aspects of their lives and sort of cross over either temporarily or permanently. But as it is...there are only a handful of us regularly posting, and the others seem to have vanished off Gaia entirely. Is sad.

I'd love for there to be another civilization somewhere. Maybe a non-masque species. But if not masque, and not Rade...what? And how did they interact with the masque?

well, that's an idea. Also...until we know more about the curse Zahar cast...there's no way to tell what else was affected, right? Perhaps it didn't just affect the Masks...perhaps it impacted other things.

*nod* I think it was supposed to only affect the mask...but if it already acted unexpectedly once...perhaps the scope was larger than anticipated smile These are ideas, not set in stone. So some may work, and others perhaps not.

Hm. I should start posting these on the reserve post to keep track.

Oh aye...we know it wasn't intentional. Spur of the moment anger-unplanned and misled consequence thing ^^ I just meant to say that since it wasn't supposed to even curse the Masque...it may have had other ramifications that werent "planned" hidden in it as well smile

Yup, hence the misled part. But Lyra didn't obviously expect to get cursed as well (I would hope!) So apparently something happened even she didn't call for XD
