So hey do you all keep your baby pix...

(prints) in a shoebox,
album,
scrapbook?

or

(digital) in whatever folder the camera software puts them in,
organized by date, age, name and activity in individual folders,
digital collages?

or somethin else?

(i organize my digital pix by date, subject in folders - yeah i'm a**l like that - and when time permits and gaia's not tempting me, i make digital collages.)

Well the prints that I have before I got my digital camera are all in the original envelopes that they came back in from getting them developed so that I can find them if I ever want reprints (not that that's ever happened *laughs*)

Since I got my digital camera I keep them in the album that the camera puts them in, but I designate it as Memory Card #? then before I erase the pictures off my memory card I alo burn the album Memory Card #? onto a CD. I'm so worried that something going to happen to the computer and I'll lose all those pictures if I don't put them on CD. rolleyes

i have an old computer w dig pix on it that i need to back up too. but it doesnt have a cd burner on it and can get only like 8 pix at a time on a little disk. 3 yrs of pix on that old thang. whew. i love my new computer cuz it has a burner and the software practically does the back ups for me! yay!

my print outs are kept in a scrap book and a photobox or photo album becouse I print a set for the scrap books and one to keep nice.

As for my ditial I keep'em all in photobucket and burned on disks.

I don't know how well we'll actually keep it up, since it's still a little while until my first is born, but we bought one of those cute little baby keepsake books. We're planning on buying a digital camera when we can afford it though. That way it'll be easier to put pictures on the computer for the purpose of emailing to out of town friends and relatives and such
