25 - Square Root of 5, common number, Factor of 50.
69 - All around strange number, known for MANY obscene things.
xD Which means that if that 1 person wasn't added, Mori would be dead right now.

A backup kill? xD I dunno. She'd probably get them to give a substitute.
I'm sure she makes sure that if a person goes to jail or gets killed by the other to ask the sniper or CK. With the exception of Nifi in the end of Game VI.
If they kill eachother, that's another story.
