There aren't very many rules here, simply because they're usually overly complicated and make me feel like I can't trust you. But just in case I really can't, here's the inevitable list of things you are not allowed to do here.

Please note that all of these rules are numbered 'one.' Yes, I was tired when I wrote the rules, but there is a method to the madness. They are all important and should all be followed equally. So, they are all rule number one. <3

Jayde: Kleio. What to say about Kleio. Well, she's...

Jayde: And shes..well, kindof a rock right now, so I guess a better bio will come later.

As you'll probably notice if you read this journal (or if you just look a little farther down this post >.>) I have something of a large family. I'll try to color code them at least for this, and give a small rundown so when you see them you'll know a little bit about them. :3

Jayde: Me, of course! I try to pretend to be the head of household, though it doesn't work well sometimes with the hardheadded men that also life here. I speak and act in sky blue.

Davexander: The mode of transportation back and forth between the other islands, Davexander (usually just 'Dav') is a rather large brown dragon kyn who acts like a puppy who just so happens to breath fire and be fifteen feet tall. <3 He speaks and acts in brown.

Lyra: Lyra is by far the oldest family member at the house, but you'd never guess if you judged his maturity. He's a smartalec with a penchant for getting under Jayde's skin. But when no one's looking, he really does look out for her and have a soft spot for kids. He speaks and acts in..well, black.

Damen: He's the runner up when it comes to age, but usually lords it over Lyra that he's more worldly. Before he came to the treehouse, he was a bounty hunter, and his flighty nature sometimes still showes through. He's also incredibly sarcastaic. He speaks and acts in dark blue.

Corli: No one is really sure how old Corli is, but he looks and acts about eight, and treats Lyra like a father figure, following him around and calling him "Vati" (German for "Daddy"). He's an ice demon strong enough to cover the island with snow, but generally he's just a little kid that runs around the treehouse. He speaks and acts in blue.

Sabrina: She's a Moral Support who Corli brought home one day. In return for his constant affection, she acts as his somewhat shy and worrying guardian. She speaks and acts in orange

Riordan: This poetic creature is an Audio Rhetoric that loves to speak in couplets, both to irritate Lyra and because I think it's cute. He is also currently taking astronomy/astrology lessons from, of all people, Lyra. Riordan speaks and acts in dark violet.

Alto: This kath is from another shop that I co-own, and came to the treehouse over Christmas when his old owner abandoned him. He's relatively calm, with no severe severities to speak of, except a deep love for tormenting Lyra. >3 He speaks and acts in cyan.

Blank: This little FF9 cosplay was found outside of a shop on the Isle de Gambino with four other kittens. Of them, he's the most intellingent, seeming more like a person than a cat, though he doesn't speak yet. He acts very much like an older brother to them, especially Zinnia, who needs a little extra looking out for. He acts (and maybe one day will speak) in red.

Freya: Freya is a sky elemental kal'daka who brought home another kal'daka by the name of Akhor. She's generally the babysitter while I'm at work at one of my shops, because I think she's probably the most motherly of all of us. Softspoken but not shy, Freya speaks and acts in silver.

Akhor: Found by Freya when he was a very small pup, Akhor has grown up looking after all of the other kids running around here. Generally the strong silent type, he doens't speak much, but he's very observent, so if he does speak, you should listen well! He speaks and acts in dark green.

Angua: A wolf that was abandoned by her pack, Corli brought home this "puppy" when he saw her on the outskirts of the woods near the pack. She returns this favor by looking after the family and serving as a very fluffy lapwarmer. She can only speak to those with some canine attributes, but when she does, and when she acts, its in olive.



Zinnia: An incredibly flaky, tie-dye colored kitten who can't manage to walk in a streight line and doesnt' have the common sence God gave a brick. She's sweet, though, and I guess that makes up for it.

Mahiru: A white cat with black paws and a panda hat. She likes nothing more than to lay around and sleep. She doesn't really care if you pet her, but doesnt' care if you don't, either. Rather like a very small bean bag.

Tenshi: The nicest one of the bunch, this little angel kitten loves attention and loves to be with people. She's the cat that's always there when you're feeling down and out.

Lucien: This devil kitten is completely the opposite of Tenshi, but for some reason is always with her. Don't pet him, he bites!

Snowflake: A mysterious stuffed pony that isn't ever where you left it last.

The house is, well, a treehouse gone crayzay. It's actually pretty large, and octogon shaped resting carefully on or around the branches, with a railed deck going all the way around. It's painted a pretty yellow color with green shutters so it doesn't clash too badly with the natural color scheme of the islands. <3 Now, take that house and clone it in a nearby tree, and connect the two with a large, sturdy rope bridge. That's the house...well, both of them.

The entrance to the first house is little more than a curtain artfully tacked over the doorway, leading into what is generally known as the living room. There isn't much too it--not far away from the door on the wall is the teeny TV on a small table, stacks of movies underneath. The "couch" isn't much more than a large pile of pillows in the middle of the floor, somewhat in front of the spiral staircase in the middle of the huge room.

To the left of the entrance is a little wooden table with only four chairs (family dinners aren't a big thing around here). Behind it is a small, but functional kitchen, with a full sized fridge, sink, stovetop, and oven, though theres no dishwasher. That's about it for the first level...mostly empty space for random pets to laze about.

The second level is divided into three rooms, the largest of which belongs to me. It has the queen sized bed, the view of the beach, and the biggest chest of drawers with all of my books on top. I share this bed with Sandie, Peridot, and a few other assorted pets. The other beds haven't really been assigned--pretty much whoever gets there first. They have twin beds in them, along with a medium sized dresser. That's about it, unfortunately. After the grocery bill, there isn't much left for decorating XD

If you exit out the front...er...curtain and cross the rope bridge (which is actually quite sturdy, with a pretty tight rope railing thanks to Damen) you get to what's generally known as the "bachelors pad." The bottom level is almost exactly alike, though it actually has a couch and a bigger TV. The kitchen has been converted to a kitchenette, as most meals are still taken in the main house.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms, one for Damen, Lyra, and Corli, though Corli sometimes still chooses to sleep with Lyra. The other guys, Alto and Riordan, usually either bunk on the couch or come and crash at the girls' house.

But where does the fifteen foot dragon sleep? You might ask. Wherever he wants to! ::bricked:: Actually, he usually sleeps on top of the girls' house, keeping it well insulated should there be any more demon prompted snow.

Eventually, this will be Kleio and the family's photo album, with records of Kleio's growth and other family portraits (by me or other people who rock hardcore). Right now, though, there isn't really anything to put here >.>;;
