THE PUBLIC SAFETY ORGANIZATION HEADQAURTERS The building is very symmetrical with strong emphasis on lines and shapes, it was very Art Deco (I love knowing what that means). It stands at four levels, and is made of thick concrete, and other reinforced qualities that make it evident that they prepare for mass riots and power attacks. There are cameras at the door, and in cases of emergency the outside doors lockdown. On the first floor there is basic citizen holding cells, a room for basic confiscated goods that have yet to be sorted, the caffiteria, training center, and Officer Brook's personal office. On the second floor is an interrogation room, holding cells for the more serious crimes, the basic armory, and the offices of both Melbourn and Carter. A keycard is required to get to this level. On the third floor is the deprogramming center (*coughbrainwashingcough*), the cells for people considered threats, the cells for people who have been "extracted", a number of labratories, the more experimental weapon armory, and Hendrick's personal office. The fourth floor is only reached by a select few, there is no record what is up there, or what takes place up there. On the buidling plans it only calls it "storage."

Alloran was walking aimlessly around the first floor, bored, to be sure. He was not scheduled to wander the streets yet, so he waited here, close at hand if Officer Brooks, or one of the other Humans wanted him for something. He found himself in a chair in the front room, staring out at the streets, adjusting his uniform as he waited for something to happen.

Brooks came in, the front of his uniform half unbuttoned, he gave a slight nod, "Greeny, been looking for you, apparently you've been requested personaly to escort one of the cinema's best out to the wastelands for a mourning trip." He handed Alloran the assignment, or more so slapped it into his hand. "Be sure to grab some of hollywood's best backend, while you're at it." Brooks snickered and walked off.

Alloran nodded, a short "yes sir" emitted from his mouth as he took the assignment. He read it over, straightened his uniform, and took off walking out the door.

Arch stopped the bus a few blocks away, making sure to lock it up as he walked to the Police Station. He remembered the girl going by R.J. saying that Ruby had a bounty on her head, and the best place to find any information would be here.
Arch calmly walked into the building, tossing his ciggerette into the flower pot as he did. He sauntered up to the main desk, knocking on the counter. "Cahn ah beh gehtin sohme 'ehlp hea'?"

"I still say she's dead, got skewered with a pole of rebar, in the mimic revolution, and that was the end of it. But for some reason she's been in demand around town, probably to do with look alikes, identity theifs, you name it, or the big bosses want to keep people on their toes. I'd suggest looking for one of the others, if you're a bounty boy."

Personaly I'd like them to hand the reward over to me, considering I'd say I'm the one to kill her myself. " Brooks grinned, "popped the rebar right through her gut," he made the popping noise, emphasizing the actions with his hands. "Probably the easiest kill I'll ever come by." He shrugged, with a smile across his face.
