After being led back to the coalition lands, or the more familer parts of them, Chuakari is decidedly staying near the centre of the territory, near the baobab. Especially since learning there may be a meeting soon, she doesn't want to miss anything. So, aside from not getting lost again, there are many more reasons to be staying close to home for now!
The young cheetah is spending her current free time just relaxing, and hoping that she'll get to meet some others (another good reason to stay in the middle.) There'll be plenty of time to really get to know the area another time, for now she just hopes to enjoy that she is here!

Sawia, for once, was not out roaming around outside or around the coalition territory border. Or out chasing grasshoppers. Or out bugging anyone else, for that matter. Instead she was sleeping -- or rather, sunbathing -- not too far away from the baobab tree near the center of her territory.
With as much energy as the juvenile usually had, it was a rare sight to see her relaxing. But with as much energy as she had, it was only natural to see her regain whatever she'd managed to burn off today, too.
She was as of yet unaware of the pink juvenile cheetah only a few yards off.((She'll have to like... scent her, or run her over, or something ;D <33))

Chuakari stretches out her legs lazily, wiggling her pink toes for her own entertainment. She is not so used to just laying about and relaxing. As usual, though, the cheetah pays little or no attention to her surroundings and remains entirely unaware that anyone is nearby. The smell of the central meeting area is easy to block out because so many of the coalition pass by it, she's not practiced enough to know what's new or current (or she doesn't think so.)
"Hrrrrm," she mutters through a yawn, and gets to her feet. It won't take much energy to see if there are any better spots, more comfortable and with a better view, around. With a quick glance around, she chooses a direction and walks.
Conveniently, she heads in the the right direction to find the other young cheetah. Since the sunbathing stranger is no colored like the grass, it's not too hard for Kari's attention to be drawn to the strange patch of black-and-white on her way to a more comfortable spot. She blinks a couple of times before grinning and heading towards Sawia- someone to talk to! And finally someone that is not bigger than her! Or, she doesn't look bigger...
She is disappointed to find this potential-friend sleeping, and takes a seat several feet away instead of checking to see if she wants to talk or play. Creatures usually like to be left to their sleep, Kari can wait..
(( *goes for convenient wandering* X3 ))

Sawia was a light sleeper, and used to being prodded awake -- either gently by her mother, or startled awake by her sister. So it didn't take much to awaken her, and the mere presence of the pink cheetah was enough, especially when her scent became noticeable.
She cracked an eye open to find the stranger sitting a little ways off. She looked around the same age as Sawia herself, and she grinned, suddenly completely awake. A potential new friend! "Hi, who're you?"
Short, sweet and straight to the point. She smelled of Duma'Bara, could at be that this was a member she had not yet met?

It doesn't even cross the small cheetah's mind whether or not this stranger is a member of the coalition or not. She's here and a cheetah, she must be a member. Even if she isn't, Chuakari wouldn't care- someone her size!
She is startled when Sawia wakes up, and frowns until she's given a friendly greeting.
"Hi! I'm Chuakari," she says eagerly, getting back to her feet and walking closer, "I didn't mean to wake you up! Who're you?" Her purple eyes are wide and enthusiastic.

"That's all right," Sawia purred, stretching a bit and rising to all fours. "I'm Sawia'na'mifu -- you can call me Sawia though." She shared every bit of enthusiasm -- another cheetah, around her age! The only cubs she knew of were Colche's cubs and Kaseko. She hadn't yet been able to really meet Colche's litter yet, and Kaseko wasn't in the coalition.

Kari dances on her toes a bit at Sawia's reply and introduction, pleased to be forgiven and met with friendliness. "You have a long, pretty name," she comments brightly, "And you're not real big either, everyone I've seen has been much bigger than me!" Her tone well conveys that she is very happy to finally meet someone this size. If everyone bigger likes games, or is willing to try games, imagine how fun someone more like her must be!

((Last post I'll be able to get in for a while, until I can get internet access at my dorm <3))
Sawia made a face at Chuakari's remark about her name. "It's long and hard to say," she protested. "But I like your name." She grinned, her tiny teeth displaying in a friendly, if somewhat comic, expression. "There are lots of bigger adults around, I think," she commented. "There's my mother and father, and Colche, and Laio, and Sauda --" But she couldn't think of everyone, so she continued. "There are a couple cubs around but I haven't played with them yet."

Kari laughed at the face Sawia made, "I like it, but the long and hard to say part is why you shorten it to Sawia! You could even shorten it more, you name isn't hard to do that with." She smiled when her own name was complimented, and then listened as some adults were listed off. "I've met Laio," she said, puffing up prouldly, "And Uri and Adem. I've never seen any other cubs, though, you're the first!" She wriggled excitedly at the mention of playing, though, "What games do you like to play?"

((Ahah. This is the one I lost when I tried to post, and then for some reason though I'd posted already. >w< Sorry about that, <3))
"I've met a couple other cubs, one's named Kaseko. He's not in the coalition though." She looked slightly crestfallen at this; she wished he was. She'd like to see him again.
"Umm. Hide and seek?" she grinned. She'd heard of it, but never really had the chance to play it.

(( Excuses, excuses wink heart hehe ))
"I've met lots of creatures not in the coalition! I haven't really met many cheetahs in the coalition, but I want to," she commented matter-of-factly. She grinned widely at the suggestion of playing hide and seek, for it was certainly one of her favorite games. One would not know this by looking at her, though.
"Ok!" she squeaked, dancing on her toes, "I bet you're good at it, you look like you'd blend in lots better than me. Do you want to hide or seek?"

((Ya, you know me >0))
"Um --" She though a moment, but came to a quick decision. "Seek!" Sawia promptly huddled on the ground where she sat, buring her face in her forepaws. "Onnnnneeee... twwooooooo..."
She drug each number out, grinning as she counted.

"Ok!" she cried.
Being neither well practiced nor well suited to blend into any long grass, Kari squealed when Sawia started to count and immediately darted in the most obvious direction. She did put some thought into how she moved, weaving in a zigzag in an attempt to cause sound in the wrong directions- a trick she'd picked up from previous games. However, this mostly ate up any spare time she may have had. She made her way to some nearby trees in this fashion, leaping behind them and struggling to keep herself still so as not to give away her position.

"...Ten!"
Sawia jumped up, peering around to find no trace of the pink cheetah. So instead she used her nose, being led around a bit as Kari's scent was everywhere. It took her a bit, but she got going slowly in the right direction before losing the trail again.
She found it again before long, and in a few moments found herself being led straight to a tree. Puzzled, she placed her forepaws on the trunk, looking upward. Had Chuakari climbed it?

Kari quivered when she heard Sawia shout the last number, ducking low to try to contain herself. She went over the hunting tips she'd been given in her mind, hiding from prey was kind of them same! Of course, prey didn't look for you.
Of course, the pink cheetah was a terrible hunter. Occasionally lucky, but rather bad. She peeked out from behind the tree once or twice to see where Sawia was, and by the time her friend reached the tree her tail was swaying back and fourth behind her anxiously. Just as Sawia put her paws on the tree, Kari gave a short, high-pitched but excited squeal- followed by a gasp and the immediate covering of her eyes with her paws.
