The Temporal Research Institute
Welcome to the Temporal Research Institute. In this club, we intend to study the structures and interconnections of the Fractal-Temporal Cascade Effect and the various ways in which these structures and interconnections may be affected by, and have an effect upon, universal and specific causality. Some of the various topics which we will be discussing may include the specific and general nature of the relationship between material, spatial, and temporal energies and fields within the cascade, the effects of temporal adjacency and the psycho-temporal resonance effect in the propagation of so-called "cause-less" effects and effects for which apparent causality is mathematically inadequate, the manner by which these phenomena result in the propagation of various physical and psychological effects across multiple layers of the cascade (otherwise known as the Temporal Bloom Effect), the mathematical relationships between the various temporal cycles, and the theoretical and practical applications of the so-called Temporal Atom theory and associated Split Infinity Effect. Club members will also be given limited access to the Temporal Cascade Matrix DCLXVI computer, and may on occasion be granted access to supervised field trips to any temporally adjacent points of interest which may come into alignment for a sufficient period of subjective temporality.
The club itself will meet in a special room arranged for by the club president, separate from the other club meeting rooms and attached to the mechanics wing of the Asura Labs. Besides the space for club members to congregate while conducting research, the room is dominated primarily by a large holographic depiction of the Fractal-Temporal Cascade. The image resembles a huge DNA model or phone cord with various blotches of color which periodically will zoom in and out revealing that the strand is itself a coil and is itself coiling into a larger coil. This illustration will be used to demonstrate various topics of discussion concerning the "timeline," for lack of a more simplistic descriptor.
