i'd say that you, my dear are in quite the pickle (no pun intended, i SWEAR!). is your biffle gay/bi/other??? i know what it's like to well... how about i just say i've been in a sort of similar situation (and i'm headed for one that's almost exactly the same, the only difference being the ages and the fact that i'm a girl and my friend's a guy).
my suggestion is you take it one step at a time.
ask yourself why you feel sick about it. is it because he's your best friend and you don't want to lose that if something negative happens in your relationship? or is it the age difference? or maybe are you physically ill b/c of the sperm/semen?
