Lucky Devil Guild is a New Beginning for several people who were Key people Previously from another Price Guide/Guild. We bring with us the ability to, run a successful Price guide with accuracy, develope a well organized Guild. We hope that you will wanna be a part of our new home and family here at Gaia!
LD Guild is gonna expect our users to act and monitor themselves in a responsible manner. As a member of the LD Guild it is your duty & responsibility if you see someone violateing the Gaia TOS or the rules within this Guild to contact a Moderator(LD Guild Moderator) Do Not call a Gaia Moderator.
Please read this First, it is a key to the Guild rules FAQ LD Guild uses them as the main structure in its rules.

Threads, Posts and Information posted within the guild, becomes the property of Lucky DEVIL Guild. We do not and will not try and claim Art or Stories that were written unless the art was from a Contest the guild held or the story was written to be placed within the Rants or Opinions Area of the guild.
No Spamming within any Guild threads. Anyone Guilty of spamming will be warned, Then Banned permanently if there are further offenses. You may start threads to chat with whom you wish, on a topic of your choice.
Please do not go into someone elses thread and Hi-Jack it or post meaningless posts .
If you find you dont like a topic or a person, in a thread just dont go into the thread, it's simple as that!
No Flaming any Individuals or Groups in this Guild.
From time to time there will be people who have differences, It is your responsibility to settle your own differences in a peaceful manner. In the event there are issues that cant be settled by the users PM an LD Guild Moderator.
No Selling, Begging, or Quest threads in the Guild. At some point in the future we will be adding a sister Guild to Lucky DEVIL for Advertising, Buying and Selling, Quest Threads. Please be patient as we will do our best top set this up.
If any member notices that you are doing something Grossly against the TOS and contacts a LD Guild moderator about the issue.We will be contacting you, actions will be taken a needed.
If you are Banned it may or may not be permanent. Each case will be considered on a individual basis if it will be a Temp or Perm Banning!
The Moderators of the LD Guild forum have good judgement, their word is Final and will not be overturned.
LD Guild Recognizes GEN, GCG, EVIL as fellow Price Guides.
There is to be no negative comments Posted about any of these other guides.
