Guild Rules
There are two Types of Rules we gots around here, One will give you an Insta-Ban, The other is a 3 warning type rule thing, which basically means you wil get 3 warnings before you are banned.
We also have 2 different types of bans here. One is a temp Ban, Which can range from 1 week to 3 month. The other is a permant Ban. Which basically means, well.. Your never allowed to return to Koi High ever again! Keep in mind that Phoenix (meh xD) has the full power to give insta-bans whenever he feels it is nessacary.
And now the rules... ::Cracks knuckles::
No Powerplaying/God-moding. This means that you cannot make your character overly powerful (ex. bam I punched you hard in the face and you crumple to the floor, dead). You cannot say you hit someone in a battle, instead, you say you either aimed for them or completed an attack. The other person gets to decide if he gets hit or not. Ex:
(You) Issac thrust his sword directly at his opponent, Ry.
(Me) Issac's blade cut at Ry's arm, but it was a minor wound, and he continued to battle.
You also can't keep on dodging or blocking everything someone throws at you. The idea is to be fair- being "cheap" is lame and distasteful. If you fight unfairly, it makes things no fun. However, you can do pretty much whatever you want to NPCs (Non-Player Characters), just don't make it stupid by being unrealistically powerful, even if they are only NPCs. It would get quite annoying!
Along with this rule will include You cannot kill another person's character without their consent. xD
Oh.. and please.. don't steal other character's items without their consent either.
Also, please act like this is your characters real life. Obviously, he/she can't be in three different spots at once. So pick 1 spot at a time to RP at! Please note, this only applies to the RP. Things such as the chibi room, is not in character, meaning you can be there and somewhere in the RP.
If you have more than one character, it goes the same really. Keep characters in one thread at a time. Don't have the same character in 5 threads xD.
Punishment Style: 3 Warnings
Swearing/Cussing should be kept to a minimum. . Now, it is understandable in a role-play setting. If your character is getting his or her butt whooped in a battle, or someone is about to die, they'll probably going to mouth off a word or two (or a couple of paragraphs, depending on who the person is ) in fact, it might be unrealistic if they didn't. However, in general, swearing should be rare as opposed to common place. Not only is it generally unwholesome, but it gets INSANELY ANNOYING when people go around and cuss at each other and at everything all the time. I've experienced this before, and regardless of whether you tolerate this sort of language or not, it really does get annoying for many people. The crew members can decide how to respond to this issue as they please.
This also is effective in OCC situations. So be nice. We have Virgin ears around us...I think...xD

Of course there's romance! What else is life good for? However, as already said, No cybering, meaning, don't go off 'the deep end' and get overly sexual. It's disgusting, and I don't want anyone pouring out his or her lusts on the threads in this guild. Save it for the birds, man! >_<

No 'Emo-ness' or 'negative comments' In the general board. Koi high's OCC rooms are meant for pleasent energy to swell about. If you just wanna come in and just whine about oh how your 1981038th gurlfriend left you or 90132th Boyfriend cheated on you. You are FREE To do that. But if it gets to the point where at least 1 (YES one person) or more kid(s) are affected negatively from it and is obviously and clearly wanting you to stop. YOU WILL STOP. If you wanna whine to the extent it bugs people. Please do it outside my guild. Understand?

Thou shall readeth all Stickies and announcments in every subforum. Reading all of the stickies and announcments inside different subforums will help you learn the ways of how Koi high works. So you won't make a thread in a sub-forum and get laughed at. So, save us the trouble of laughing and save yourself the trouble from looking silly xD. Read the stickies and announcments. They won't bite....Well maybe a few might o_o...

OOC rooms are OOC rooms. That means out of character rooms and are not meant for RPing. Silly little :: :: movements are a-ok. Such as ::pops out of a bush!::. But if your going out to RPing and describing how you do each movement like ::Comes out of the bush rubbing his chest all tantazling like while pouring syrup over his chest while emptying a silver gun bullets into a nearby tree:: is just freakin annoying and reminds me too much of some simple Barton RP areas. If you want to do RPs like that you can either go to the Chibi Room located on our front forum. Specifically ones titled in a manner such as: HIGH SCHOOL RP (WE NEED MORE GUYS). Basically, Keep the OOC rooms in an OOC manner. Its not for freakin RP's...

Finally, you must obey all of the rules put up by the main Gaia site (The ones that you had to agree to obey when you first registered). Not doing so could get you deleted or banned.

Q: So how can i check how many warnings i got?
A: By checking with our Records and Profile Subforum, There will be a thread labeled: Bans/Warnings
Records
Q: Any way I can get rid of my Warnings.
A: Welll.... If you good for one month, one warning will be marked off you . How about that? xD
PM me or another Moderator if you see someone breaking any other the rules above.
For Crew/Captains:
Bans cannot be issued without first being run by the current guild captain. Also, other crew must also agree with the person being banned and you must have evidence to ban them if three warning have been issued, or in extreme measures, such as slander etc.
Also, crew cannot be banned as of now. They are first going to be changed back into regular guild members and their stars will be taken away. If the behavior still continues, the above will be put into consideration and a ban may be filed.

I changed the guild from semi-literate to literate. If you don't like it leave or learn to be literate. The literacy only applies for the RP I could careless if you're literate in the OOC chat or randomness sub forum, since those are made to just have fun! (Though in the chibi room I would prefer literacy). I'm not expecting you to be perfect.
Also the OOC chat has been moved to the randomness sun forum.
