Not really much difference lately.
The latest Global patch added AuqaRoad.
So now Global user got's teh water world too.
...
though it's only small so far.

Global. Khaini and Windia servers. And not happy that to get The Relaxer for characters already off of Maple Island, you have to go to Aqua Road, which I can't get to, as my highest char is my L19 Archer. Stupid devs.

As of now global has more stuff then Sea and is better... I play global.
Global has Omega Sector and Sea doesn't thats the only difference
