Seeing that so many people have said they can't make registration, I've decided to allow pre-registration.
- Registration starts on July 22nd, 12PM EST.
- There will be 100 openings in the game.
- Only pre-register if you are essentially sure you're NOT going to make it.
- Those who pre-register are not guaranteed to get in. If enough people register after it opens and there isn't enough room for everyone who has pre-registered, the people who sign up at registration will be favored.
I hope that's clear enough. @w@; If there's any questions, feel free to ask.
If you want to pre-register, just post here saying so.

Just in case. I already have a plan, but since this isn't guaranteed. I will still register on my account on Sunday. I just don't know if I'll make it back in time.

Merumiharu So.... People who are actually here get first signup right? Because its no fair if a person who is actually here for sign ups gets a low number KTHX No we get the spots, if any, that are left over.

That's a bit more honest, no? wink
