This book is about a Labrador Retreiver named Marley that a man (the author) and his new wife adopt when they first start out together.
It tells of how Marley grows and is a companian in every event of the author's life--his first child, his second, his third, when he stayed with a girl who was stabbed, and many things. Its funny when Marley gets kicked out of obediance school, heart-warming, and in the end, very sad.
I don't normally read non-fiction, but I love dogs and am glad my mom bought it. It was so sweet, and in the end, I even cried. I -never- cry, and that is how moving this book is.
Has anyone else read and/or loved it?

We've got a hugh waiting list for it at work. Maybe I'll try to get hold of Dewey: The Library Cat first.
