I've been wondering this for a while. What ever happened to Kagome's Dad? You never hear anything about him. sad It's seriously hurting my head.

I think it said about that in one of the movies. i don't know if this is right, but I think Kagome's mum was talking about the sacred tree, and she was saying stuff about, 'before your father passed away'.

In the first movie Kagome is talking to her mom after Kikyo forces her back down the well and it seals. She said it held good times and sad times. In the flash it showed the grandpa little souta and little kagome and her mom all dressed in black, so i assume he died.
