Jan was sitting on the steps of the Mansion for once, just jamming with her guitar, a surprisingly happy expression on her face as she sang along, eyes closes, foot tapping out the rythmn, and body following along. It was a gorgeous day, and she'd just spent three hours in her garden before wandering down here. She actually felt in the mood to deal with people, like her younger self! Maybe people older than two would actually show up for once.
"Ah'm feelin' it! Ah got a ton o' time! Yer mooovin' yer bahdee! Ah'm reelin' en! Ah gotcha on muh line, ya won' swim away thiiiiiis time...!"
She looked and sounded like she was having a good time. For once.

An was walking past the Sin mansion, with her hands in her pocket and back back lugged between her wings. She actually was heading towards Jani's house, the Sin mansion was just on the way. But it seemed she wouldn't have to go all the way to the Reever household afterall. "Jani..?" An muttered as she heard the sound of a guitar, and then a rather hickish sounding voice singing along with it.
Yup, it was Jani alright. "Hey! Jani!" Ann called out as she began walking down the sidewalk, smirking. Once she aproached the girl she looked down at her, adjusting her hands in her hip huggers. "Your getting pretty good at that." she complimented. "Vin-vin would be proud of you."

Jani tossed up her head to view the other girl, bangs simply falling back into her eyes, a large, dazzling grin on her face. The likes of when she was a child, and grinned at everything. Not even the smirking, cleanliness-obsessed, terrifying ANCELIN could bring down the girl's mood.
"Than' ya, kindly, Ancelin."
Waggling both brows, she continued to play almost absentmindedly, and yawned, eyes cheerful instead of solemn for once.
"How're ya, eh? Ya headin' summare?"

Ancelin walked forward towards Jani, and almost absentmindedly soothed her hair back behind her ears. She then pulled two bobby pins out of her hair, and snapped them into the childs. Cleanliness also meant neat. She didn't mean nothing by it, at least not this time. She just did it out of habbit. Besides.. How could she see the guitar with hair in her eyes? "I was actually on my way to your house. But it seems that you're here, so I don't gotta walk all that extra ways." She grinned.

It was by sheer chance that Lyrus happened to be in the area. Chance meaning he had gotten bored with work, closed shop and left. The Sin'aeis mansion always proved to have someone of interest, or at least someone he could mess with, and today proved no different.
Jan playing guitar and grinning up a storm, An fixing her hair. Jan and An.
How cute.
"Ahh, young love in the lesbian community," he sighed as means of a greeting, approaching the pair with his thumbs hooked in his pockets. Pausing a few steps away, he grinned, beaming down at the two girls as if they had just declared him lord of the universe. Which, to his mind, they might have. "And how're my two favorite dykes today?" Jan, anyway. But he was in a good mood, so he could be gracious.

Jan, who's smile had faltered at the pins being stuck in her hair, now grinned up at Lyrus, subtly flicking a hand through her bangs, so the pins fell out, and it fell into her eyes again. He'd used that word again. Dyke. Jan didn't like that word, and she certainly didn't like '********', whatever that word was. But she LOVED Lyrus. Her guitar was set on the ground, and she deftly moved around Anny to give the teen a quick hug. Not clingy, just a slight show of affection. In fact, he was the only person she'd made a move to hug first since she was a toddler.
"'Ell, f**, Ah'm migh'y dandy taday!"
Aww, she'd called him a mean name! Her smile fading slightly, into one of slight pleasure, she stretched, liking the hot sun on her skin, and tilted her head at Ancelin, now paying attention to her again, even if she was standing rather close to Lyrus.
"'Sup then, Ancelin? Kin ah 'elp ya with somethin'?"

Ancelin felt a tight twinge of... something, in her torso when Jan went to hug Lyrus. She was only slightly peeved to be called a dyke, and even slightly more when Jani just let her hair pins fall to the filthy ground beneath them. But she didn't feel anger at this jesture.. It was something she didn't quiet understand. Ether way, she couldn't help but cetch herself give Lyrus a good cold leer. She then blinked it away.
"Hello... Lyrus, was it?" She said, before she bent over and picked up the hair pins, and began cleaning them with a sanitary whipe she kept in her pocket. She didn't know what else to say to Lyrus, she didn't really know him all that well. She just knew he was damn sexy and her... And Jani was giving him a large amount of affection.

A hug and an insult. ...Lyrus was so proud. In his good mood, he returned the hug, grin fading to a more innocent smile. "Good to hear, good to hear. Havin' a nice day myself." Now that he was out of the pawn shop, anyway. The place was simply far too much work for him to accomplish in any short period of time, and, run down and messy as it was, it wore on Lyrus's nerves. He couldn't stay in all that mess for long without snapping.
But it wasn't as if the money was pouring in, so a closed shop for a day wasn't going to change much. Maybe he could recruit Jan and An to help him straighten things up. Speaking of whom, An was addressing him. Drawing back from the hug, and noting how it had irked the shorter girl, he allowed one arm to remain draped over Jan's shoulder, a slight smirk returning to his smile. "That's me. And you're Ancelin."

"Glad ya stopped by, Lyrus. Ya always make everythin' betta."
Jan, while enjoying the easy affection, leaned slightly against him, idly blowing strands of hair from her dark eyes, as her brow creased. Tension? Why? The blonde cleared her throat, and stood straight, hands sliding into her back pockets as she subtly shifted away from Lyrus, and drew attention to herself. Ancelin hadn't answered.
"Now tha' we're all aquain'ed agen... Why'd ya wanna find me, Ancelin?"

"It doesn't matter." An said in retort to Jan. "I was just going to see if you wanted to go do something." She said, before she looked to Lyrus agian. She didn't know if she should smile because some hottie remembered her name, or if she should follow the strange feeling in her gut, which seemed to anger her. She took a few steps closer to Jani, in an almost.. protective manner.
"Yeah, I'm Ancelin. Surprised you can remember such a difficult name, most people just call me the 'weird winged chick'." she said with a bit of a grin, while she put her now CLEAN hairclips back in her own bangs.

Lyrus wasn't entirely sure if Jan was intentionally feeding his ego or not, but, if so, it was working. For a brief moment he thought it may have just been to bother Ancelin, but when Jani straightened and moved away, he decided otherwise. Chuckling softly, he let his arm fall back to his side, simply listening in on the conversation until he was addressed once more.
"I'm good with names," he drawled, raising a brow. "And Kilah'd have my head if I forgot the names of anyone in the 'mafia'." Even those he hadn't met, he was sure. Not that he had seen Kilah for...well, months, but that wasn't the point.

Jan looked almost like she'd been slapped by Anny, before covering it up. To Jan, the other girl had sounded irritated, a little snappish, in her response to her question.
Happy mood quickly dissolving, she took small comfort in the fact that Ancelin had moved closer, and shifted from foot to foot, eyes on the ground, hands still shoved deeply in her back pockets. Luckily she was wearing a belt today, or her pants would have come down by now, as it was, her hipbones were starting to show below the trim of her tanktop. Poor girl was getting a bit depressed again.
Ancelin was smiling, but she felt somewhat angry. The blonde slid one hand from her pocket to brush at her bangs, seeking to neaten them, in an effort to subtly please the older girl.
"Et's good ya'll know each otha... Uhm... We kin always do somethin' with Lyrus ef ya want, Ancelin? Et's hot out, we could go swimmin...?"

"Swimming? That sounds like fun." Ancelin said with a nod, before she smiled to Jani. "I can braid your hair so it doesn't get a bunch of knots in it." she was getting quiet good at braiding, being she did it to her hair every day. She then looked upto Lyrus, realising he had semi-long hair himself. "I can do yours too.. I know how to do corn rows." Don't ask her how she knew this, but she did. Maybe she had done a bit of experimenting at home.
"Nothing more annoying than having to brush out knotted hair that's been rubberized by chlorine." she then looked around.
"Does the mansion have a pool..? It's got everything else."
