The weeks were growing old, and Miremba knew that her birth was just around the corner. Every day was longer than the last, her steps needing to slow down and her rests needing to become longer. Many creatures stirred in her body, many lifes waiting to grow in the lands of prosperity and protection. She needed to keep moving, she needed to go home and keep them safe. As long as she was in the lands, they would be safe and protected in those lands as well.

"We are almost there..." Miremba spoke aloud one night, her eyes catching the familiar distance of the forest. However, instead of rushing over, she paused and settled, her heart telling her once more what to do. Others would arrive, she could feel it in her form. Hopefully, tonight would be that night, when the pack would form as one and be strong once more.

((This is an PRP for all members of the Mitima pack, and is the one where they will all meet, yes ALL of them. So Jeuri's group shall arrive at the same time, So please do RP...this is your last chance!))

Harara lay casually in the dust, scratching one of her ears with a hind leg. Life was dull out here, dull and lonely, especially for a lone huntress with no family ties or pack. She was ratty in appearance, her fur messy and unkempt. However this wasn't through hunger or a lack of food, despite the desolate landscape of this place, Hara managed to keep her stomach full and content, she was just not one for grooming.

Getting to her paws, she began a lazy saunter, unaware that she grew steadily nearer to where Miremba was.

The yellow male had never really wandered to far from the blue-and-white female, and seemed a bit relucant to do so as to not get lost. He didn't know exactly where the place was, but he would go there with the female. He'd sometimes slip off to try and catch something, but Ouro had always been a miserable hunter, and very rarely just managed to catch very scrawny rabbit. It felt so odd not to manage hunting at this age, fully grown, when dogs usually much younger managed to catch the double what he could. Still, he was getting much better sense the day he'd had such a miserable performance on trying to get a gazelle with Miremba; at least she had managed to catch one.

When the female stopped, he layed down, streching out his limbs with a smile at how relaxing a good stretch felt. "We are? Thats good. " He said, looking up to her from his lowered position. "Are you hungry? I can try and catch a rabbit if you want! " He said cheerfully, offering a tail wag.

Jeuri, a dog that looked strikingly similar to Miremba, though much larger, walked with a graceful stride up the slope. His pink eyes took in the scenery around him, and he spotted the forst below them. It made him smile, a sight rarely ever seen on his wise old features. Jeuri was an adult, but looked much older than his age. His fur was worn from travel, his eyes glazed with that look of half awake half asleep awareness.

"We'll rest here-" He began to say, when he spotted a familiar white and blue shape in front of them. A grin spread across his features when he spotted Miremba, and he trotted over to nuzzle her in greeting. He was surprised when he saw how heavily she was with pups. "Miremba," He said, her name flowing off his tongue with ease and love. "How are you?"

Her blue eyes searched, taking in the presence of each of the other dogs, each of them larger than her, though that didn't seem to bother her.

Ritsuko was strong-willed, independent, and confident, not one to be frightened easily. But that does not mean she was loner, far from it, she enjoyed company and the life of a pack, she longed for it. But even within the pack she would always think for herself and make her voice heard.

Her ears flicked, tail upright, her posture calm and easy as she approached. She was silent, not wanting to interupt the reunion of the two blue and white dogs.

Glacing to her side where Ouro had settled, she just sent him a soft smile when he offered his choice to hunt. While food sounded amazing at that moment, she knew he had a hard time still, and just kept her maw shut and the smile across it. A slow shake of her head was her answer, and she looked out across the moonlit lands to figure out her next move, sure that it was not to race down and make it home by sunrise.

The gods seemed to praise her at that moment, for her eyes caught sight of a figure that had been gone for many moons. The pale pelt reminded her of good times, and her aunt, and suddenly she was caught with a large lump forming in her throat. Tears sprung to her eyes, possibly from the realization of another survival or maybe just the hormones, but as soon as Jeuri trotted over, she stood and met him a few steps away, closing her eyes into the nuzzle.

"Jeuri..." She cholked out after he said her name, trying to keep the tears at bay dispite the fact that her voice hid nothing, "I-I am better now...now that I know someone else survived..." Leaving it at that, she just moved as close as she could and let out a soft laugh. Upon glancing up over his shoulder, she caught sight of the younger, lighter female, and moved away with a meek smile.

"I see you found some friends as well..." Glancing towards Ouro, her seepish smile grew, "I guess introductions are nessesary...Ouro has been traveling with me, as well as another friend, Binifu...though...I don't know where she went..." Sighing, Miremba was just glad that Binifu was told how to get back home.

"Ouro, this is my cousin and a fellow surviver of the pack, Jeuri...and with him is..." She looked to the pale wild dog with a gentle smile, and settled down so she could relax with the weight.

Sniffsniffsniff.

Mikondo tilted his head and regarded the dusty pawprints in front of him with faint suprise. When was the last time he'd seen a wild dog in these parts? Or a pack, for that matter. The little jackal shook his head. So much for the open range. Now, with a new predator on the hunt, game would be scarce and freedom scarcer. He'd have to watch his step.

Blue fur gleamed dully in the silver-white light of the moon. Mikondo's claws clicked on the hard earth, but he kept his body low to the ground and moved as silently as possible. Sneaking was a skill he was well trained in; it was, after all, how he stayed alive. He paused, studying the group.

The female was heavy with pups. Pups ment distraction, care, and most of all - plenty of food. Mikondo grinned. No one would notice if some of the bones went missing, a bit of meat here and there. Perhaps the coming of these rivals could be useful...

Even if puppies do stink. He grimaced.

Survival is what's important. Survival. With a faint sigh of resignation, the jackal settled down beneath a rocky ledge and watched.

Harara could only stop and blink at the gathering of wild dogs she saw before her, there were a lot it seemed, a few of whom seemed to know each other well. They looked like a pack, something she hadn't laid eyes on in a long time, not since she herself was pup.

Packs meant food and easy living. Protection from predators. Loads of things.

Smirking slightly she drew within hearing range of the others but remained on the outskirts.

"Hello."

Jeuri smiled as Miremba nuzzled him back, he was glad she was alright. As more members of the pack began to show up around them, a grin formed along his maw. He knew that this was a good sign: at least they had members to account for.

As Ouro was introduced to him, Jeuri gave the dog a look over; and decided he liked him. He could tell he was a kind and loyal fellow, someone Jeuri could get along with easily. He nodded his greeting and acceptance to the other male, then glanced to the little female sitting behind him. He sat down near Miremba, glad to be near his cousin again.

He heard someone say hello, and his ear spun around towards the sound. His head followed quickly, and he looked upon the dog with a small smile. "Greetings." He said with a small bow.

The yellow male nodded and smiled, before noticing how many other dogs were around. It felt actually weird, for so many to be around, and Ouro felt a strange lack of words that usually never came.

He wasen't one to get too shy, but the sudden arrival of so many was strange to him, and his tail pressed against his back leg, but he didn't get up. "Hello. " He said, looking at the blue and white male, then the larger female.

Blue eyes drifted to the other yellow female, a tiny flicker of amusement at how she looked, if only a bit, like him with lightened colors. Still, it wasen't likely to be any of his siblings, she was too young for it, and he didn't recall any in such sunny colors.

Ouro didn't recall much from his family, they were almost like blurrs now, and he was quite sure it was the same to them. But he could recall a few colors, even if he might not recognize them if they happened to stroll past him. He could not recall the names, though he did remember how they were all after rocks.. Or things.. Of the sort.

The golden adolescent gave a slight nod of her head in acknowledgement, though her posture remained erect. Most dogs would feel uneasy in the presence of so many larger animals, but Ritsuko was uncorncered, or at least she gave no idication that she was bothered by it. Though she would have been foolish to completely dismiss the posibility of a threat, still the larger blue and white female seemed to have accepted her presence.

Leaning slightly next to Jeuri, since of course he was the only last strand of hope she had. He was the first one she had seen since the split, the first strand of life since the beginning. So of course, she wanted to always be near him, to know that there was still family in the world. That and it has been many months since she last saw him as well.

It was at the speaking of others she turned and smiled to the adolescent as well as the adult who both represented the golden colors of the days.

"Hello there, it is good seeing new wild dogs, as always...I am Miremba," With that soft greeting and response to Ritsuko, she bowed her head in respect for the two new faces around her. Though it was lost as she quickly turned back to Jeuri, "Are you returning to the packlands?" It was an excited question, something unusual for her as her tail wagged excitedly.

Ears pricked, Mikondo watched carefully as the pack members greeted each other. His pink tongue rolled out as he yawned, small teeth gleaming in the faint moonlight. The large jackal tilted his head, considering his options.

He could just follow along, shadowing the dogs' movements, and wait. Snatch food when no one was looking... Mikondo shook his head. Live hidden forever? Too much effort. And he knew from experience these dogs weren't stupid enough.

In that case...

With a faint scratch of claw on stone the jackal got to his feet. He stretched, paws extended, then shook himself and trotted towards the pack. Specifically towards the blue and white female. Ears up, tail straight out. Good. Don't look nervous.

Ignoring the male - and his teeth, claws, height... - , Mikondo stopped in front of the pregnant dog. "Looks like you're going to be busy soon, lady." The blue jackal kept his voice falsely nonchalant, hoping his fear didn't show through.

Har gave the other wild dog a grin that was as pleasant as she could muster, lowering her own head in a greeting bow. But she kept herself to the edges still, not wanting to butt right in, instead listening to the other wild dogs introduce themselves first, they would get round to her eventually, she had no doubt.

In the meantime she reclined lazily on her haunches.
