Yes, but the general shape of the Daleks is the problem. The Cybermen they could
probably find a way around, or maybe Davros's chair, but the whole Dalek would be stretching it a bit.
The Kill Lanzer stuff is just a yellow costume, they didn't copyright those clothes, merely the name, which is different enough anyway.
The belted set is non-specific, it's not really just an Edward Scissorhands thing. And I doubt they copyrighted it either.
The ninja headband is stretching it a bit, while I know the ninja logos are copyrighted, I'm unsure about the headband itself. They changed the logo, so in that respect it is unique.
But the Dalek shape is harder to work around. The BBC did copyright the Dalek, and so Lanzer and his team will have to work hard to make the dream come true.
