The First Rule of Fight Club is you do not talk about Fight Club. The Second Rule of Fight Club is you do not talk about Fight Club.
Right, so hopefully you've seen Fight Club. If not it doesn't really matter. The long and short of it is that I personally love every tournament we've done in this guild but understand the problems with schedualing. Thus, in order to keep the tradition of high quality, fun fights without having to wait months between opportunities, I propose we start a Fight Club, a weekly opportunity for those of us who enjoy combat based roleplaying to indulge.
To do this, I need a couple volunteer referees to be on hand one or two nights a week to come up with scenarios and/or to officiate in a hands off manner.
There would be two types of match; tournament style and Tyler Durden style. Tournament is full powers in a scenario in the vein of Wally's scenarios from past guild tournaments. Tyler Durden style is no powers, strictly hand to hand no holds barred combat. The combattants choose the format of the fight.
The fights would be held in the Cyberdome.

You want people to sign up to be participants, or to handle the AI?
I am willing to do either if you're willing to work the administrative end of getting people to show up.

Well I need participants of course, but I think the more urgent bit is finding people to man the AI for the tourney style matches. If you build it they will come and all that. Basically just need people on standby with their creative bits running. I can certainly handle getting the word out and getting people to come in and fight.

No problem. I have access to both AIs, actually. I dun think it's wise to put their passwords in public view, but I'll PM them to you and you can pss it on.
