Hair: white frizzy hair Eyes: red Physical Description: He is very tan even under his scarf because his scarf is knited to let UV rays from the sun in. He has four pack abbs that are visibal but would not be noticed unless spicifaicaly looked at because he is not that strong. One day he got a tattoo just to be a rebel. It was three dots in a triangle to simbolize his love for his mother, father, and clan. But when his father found this out he was whipped. The scars now cover any visibal part of it. Clothing: (look at pic please) Background: Oujou's father brothers with Maro's father making Oujou a blood relitive. Oujou's father pushed him hard to keep up with Maro, but sadly Oujou could not. He was fine at everything else, but when it came to the Buatsui no Runge Oujou could not master it like Maro. He was now looked down upon by his father for I had made a fool of him. Maro is Oujou's only friend and hopes to be just like him or even surpass his powers one day. Personality: Oujou is very quiet. He doesn't have many friends so usually he just hangs out by himself thinking about things and training. As the city isn't on friendly trems with the Rungumo Clan he feels nobody accepts him, not even his father.
Other: Oujou uses a specially designed quarterstaff much like Maro's, avaliable exclusively to the Rungumo Clan. This quarter staff tappers wider at one end and has two metal bands around either end. This staff was designed to be hallow, and when the band on the tappered end is slid down the length of the staff, the staff widens into something like a giant funnel, used by the Rungumo Clan as a amplification device for surprise attacks.

Attire: Alacard wears a black trench coat, without its left sleeve, to proudly display his ANBU tattoo, underneath his coat; he sports a white long-sleeve shirt, black tattered jeans, and black sandals with a thin, white line running along the length of their soles. He has wrapped both of his hands tightly in bandages. Though his attire changes from time to time, he is seen most of the time wearing this outfit.
Physical Description: Alacard
Alacard is tall, lean, and slightly menacing. His reddish-brown hair is unkempt, and reaches down to his shoulders, he has styled it into the layered hairstyle, (for reference, examine the Portrait), and his green eyes peer out from beneath his auburn locks. Alacard's facial features are sharp, and handsome. His face is always clean-shaven, to give off an aura of tidiness. He wears a black trench coat, sans left sleeve; underneath his coat, he sports a white T-shirt with grey shoulders; his tattered black jeans are on the verge of turning into threadbare, he has tied a cord like belt around his waist, and lastly, his feet, which are clad in sandals, are wrapped in bandages for comfort.
Background: Alacard was found wandering the streets of Suna, in the midst of the night. He was adopted by a retired Chūnin, and he was raised by her until the age of four, when she enrolled him in the academy. He kept mostly to himself, during his academy days, and was seen as an enigma. He had a few friends, to whom he was very close, and he thought of them as the siblings he never had. He graduated from the academy at the age of six, and was presented his headband, which he took with extreme pride. It wasn't until he met his Jōnin-sensei, that he received his "name": Alacard. He supposes that his sensei grew tired of calling him "kid" or "boy". He graduated the Chūnin exams at the age of nine, and spent the next four years leading shinobi teams on missions. At fourteen, he was offered the chance to become a Jōnin, which he quickly accepted. He became a Jōnin that same year, and performed multiple A-rank missions, and a few S-rank missions. At seventeen, he joined ANBU. At eighteen, he was decreed an ANBU captain. He left a year later, for unknown reasons, and went back to Suna, to tutor Genins.
Personality: Alacard is quiet, sarcastic, yet fairly friendly. He enjoys solitude more than most people, and doesn't like to mingle, but occasionally, he will go to mingle with his friends. He is mostly stoic, but he is much more cheerful around his close cadre of best friends. Surprisingly, he is a shy man, and has a hard time talking to the ladies, but it is kind of hard to see, since he is a fairly smooth talker.

His parents had told him that once the two villages had been allies and he hoped that would still hold so that he could live there. Today he has attained the rank of Jounin and is a well respected member of the Sunagakure village shinobi. Fire Affinity from his native village. Other: Personality: An open friendly guy, although most shy away from him because he can be almost unreachable while training, often takes trips out into the desert to train. As a result he has no close friends and he thinks it is for the best after all the villages are at war. He hasn't been affected by any of his students yet, he just trains them the best he can and sends them to war. Missions S: A: B: C: D: T: Jutsu: Ninjutsu- Bunshin no Jutsu: This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent. Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique. Cp cost: 2 "+1 per minute the jutsu is mantained" Kawarimi no Jutsu (Replacement Technique.) This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Cp cost: 1 Damage: N/A Requeriments: Must have something to replace with. Training days: Academy time. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique) Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques. Cp cost: 10 per bushin. Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Grand Fireball Technique) Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. Cp cost: 15 Damage: 20 - 40 + chakra modifier. Reflex DC: 10 + Character level + chakra mod for half damage. Neutral 20 or surpassing the save by 10 means no damage Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) Multiple balls of fire are sent at the target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Cp cost: 12 + 2 per ball. Damage: 10 - 20 per ball that hits. -Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination. -Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Camouflage Technique) This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye. Abilities such as the Sharingan, and even the Byakugan, can see through it however. Cp cost: 10 + 1 per round the jutsu is holded. -Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu. Cp cost: 20 Fort DC: 10 + Character level + Chakra modifier. Genjutsu- Taijutsu- -Goken (Strong Fist) Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage. Damage: Inceases normal taijutsu damage to 5 - 16 -Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale) Using their quickness and agility, the user performs a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet. Damage: Taijutsu damage. Special: "With this technique you can hit all enemies around you in melee." -Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg) This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user uses their marvellous strength to create a gigantic crater and an earth-quake like effect to the surrounding area. Physical Description: Background: Raised in the hidden village of sand. She lived with her family who expected great things from her like her older brother. Her brother was able to become an anbu member at age 18, and her parents pretty much expected the same from her. Though she was never really capable of living up to there expectations. Even though she was capable getting some of the highest grades in her class, her parents expected her to get the best. She trained hard and was determined to become better then her brother, so one day her parents might notice her. One day though her brother went on a special mission, but never returned. Many people believed that he had been killed, but Miku wouldn't stand for it. Time zone: Central ~Character Data~Name: Rungumo Maro Village: Sunagakure Clan/Bloodline: Rungumo - Buatsui no Runge - The Rungumo Advanced Bloodline Limit is one of the few Advanced Bloodlines considered to be in the Kinjutsu category. Unlike most Advanced Bloodline Limits, the Buatsui no Runge is a double-edged sword. Unlike normal human beings, members of the Rungumo Clan have a very different bio-construction. Their two original lungs have evolved to be nearly two times the size of even the largest of human lungs, and a mutation in their genetic structure has grown a smaller, third lung under the heart just above the diaphragm. The muscular and skeletal structure of each member of the Rungumo Clan has been greatly altered in the process as well. Apart from a massive muscular structure in the abdomen, the Rungumo Clan has 3 more pairs of floating ribs in the chest, as well as an expanded rib cage, allowing for maximum extension of the chest. While the normal human's larynx would not be able to handle the vibrations cause by so much air passing through the esophagus at once, the Rungumo Clan have adapted so that their larynx is specially suited to utilize these vibrations, further amplifying them, resulting in extreme sound vibrations. Due to this adaptation, it is impossible for the Rungumo Clan to speak at normal levels. Due to this fact, the members of the Clan rarely ever speak around comrades, as not to damage other's ear drums. All of these adaptations along with advanced chakra control, allow the Rungumo members to exhert gale force winds from their mouth, as well as a wide range of sonic vibrations, essentially making them the ideal long range artillery ninja. This Advanced Bloodline, as mentioned earlier, is a double-edged sword, in that it is considered to be a Kinjutsu and its use is banned within the limits of Sunagakure. Not only is the potential for damage to the village great, but the bodies of the Rungumo Clan have reached their evolutionary limits, resulting in an unstable bio-structure. They have a specific hired squadren of medical ninja just to repair damages to the body from use of the Buatsui no Runge, and every use of it is torture to their lung and musclular tissue (Every use removes 2 hp from the user). This means that regular appointments with medical ninja are required for the Rungumo member to even survive. All of these factors mean that the Buatsui no Runge is a last resort style jutsu and tends to only be used as such and in times of war, or defending the village. The Rungumo Clan is in close ties with the Kazekage and constantly under check and negotiation in all of their activities. His shirt is a simple t-shirt and is greatly over-sized to allow room for him to use Buatsui no Runge and his chest to expand. He wears khaki type shorts most of the time, and a belt with a pouch to hold his kunai and a pad of paper and pencil he often uses to communicate easier. He has red open-toed sandals. Maro, much like many other members of the Rungumo Clan wears something to cover his mouth. Maro wears a long red scarf around his face, with a special type of heavy cloth that acts like a armor against piercing, to guard his mouth and neck and keep some of the vibrations form his breathing from being amplified too greatly. Maro also wears protective ear-plugs to keep vibrations from damaging his eardrums. Background: Maro and his younger sister, Karu are the prodigies of the Rungumo Clan, and have been trained to keep the tradition of the Buatsui no Runge alive. The Rungumo Clan has been met with a great amount of uneasy attitude from the rest of the village. Their dangerous Advanced Bloodline is known by almost everyone and rumor of the damage it can cause spreads far and wide, even among the underground intelligence of other villages. As such, the Clan as a whole has been handled very delicately by the authorities of Sunagakure, and various restrictions have been placed to keep them from hurting others of the village or the village itself. Even with the restrictions in place, a great deal of distrust is placed on the Rungumo Clan by the rest of the village that does not know about the treaties in place with Sunagakure and the Kazekage. As such, most of the Clan is met with a lot of prejudice. Personality: Maro has a quiet and resolute persona, not just because he is unable to speak, but because he has trouble interacting with other members of society. As there are many that are not trusting or accepting of his condition and his Clan, Maro feels that it is his goal to make the village appreciate the great power and advantages that the Rungumo Clan has bestowed them with, as well as all of the times in the past that the Clan has helped the village, which many people fail to remember. As such, Maro often has a preconceived notion that everyone is underestimating him and his worth as a ninja, whether or not the case be true. This cause him to have trouble holding back in his skills and he treats almost everything like a life or death situation that is testing his worth. Aside from what rumors have formulated of the Rungumo Clan, Maro is not at all a unkind person. He greatly values those that appreciate and respect him, and will do whatever the situation calls for to protect his companions. Other: As the Rungumo Clan is something of a touchy subject that is often kept in the underlying rumors floating around Sunagakure, you can treat him however you see fit as such. It'll add to the roleplaying environment and I'm all for any sort of social conflict that might arise. Maro uses a specially designed quarterstaff, call a Horungumo, avaliable exclusively to the Rungumo Clan. This quarter staff tappers wider at one end and has two metal bands around either end. This staff was designed to be hallow, and when the band on the tappered end is slid down the length of the staff, the staff widens into something like a giant funnel, used by the Rungumo Clan as a amplification device for surprise attacks. Background: When she was 5 her father was added to the KIA list, so she and her mother lived alone. Since her father died on a mission her mother made sure she trained her to become even better than herself. Her mom pushed her to climb to the top of the class. She climbed the ranks up to Jōnin at her own pace which was fine with her mom. She moved out at age 16 into her own apartment near the academy where she lives with her cat Naito whom she’s had ever since her father died. She received her first genin team at age 17 and instantly took a liking to them. She has had them now for two years and a couple of months and they have turned out to be promising students who need to work on individual problems but are otherwise great. Personality: She is loyal to those she has to take care of or watch over, are good friends who respect and cherish her, and those whom she calls family. She is normally calm, optimistic, and makes it seems like nothing can get her down or angry; this is mostly true except when someone has threatened someone close to her. Then she levels out her conscious and subconscious which allows her to stops the act and not bother with faking emotions, doesn't mind killing, ignores pain, and is utterly emotionless. On the other hand, when she snaps (which almost never happens) she doesn't hold back at all and depending on what happened to maker react so determines how she will react. Aside from that she is a nice well balanced and hard to upset person. Other: She has a sarcastic cat named Naito who can use some genjutsu that makes it seem like the opponent think their lost in total darkness. Kokuangyo no Jutsu (Bringer-of-Darkness Technique) Since she received her students and Naito was forced to interact with other humans on a regular basis she has toned her attitude down and is less arrogant and blunt.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Doppelganger Technique) This technique creates a clone of the user, but it is an illusion, not a real copy like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppleganger Technique). Hence, the illusions will dissipate when they make contact with an object. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. To these Kekkai genkai, the clones look like balls of chakra. Also, a person with normal eyes can distinguish clones from the original if they watch very carefully, as stated by Ino in her match with Sakura during the Chunin Exams.
Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique) A more powerful version of Kamaitachi no Jutsu.
Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) The user assumes the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu) Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique), making this technique forbidden. However, this is something that Naruto himself doesn't have to worry about, since his chakra supply is almost unlimited in regards to his bijū, the Kyūbi. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform jutsu and cause real damage to their target. They can also take some hits themselves, even being able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques. Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan (Hyūga Neji states this during his fight with Naruto during the third part of the Chūnin exam). This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. Uchiha Sasuke tells Naruto that Sharingan can tell the difference, supposedly because it can spot and analyze every detail. Finally, any experiences the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispelled. This makes the technique ideal for training, as many clones training at the same time will allow the user to progress much faster than if they trained alone.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or a piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the Naruto series to try and fool Uzumaki Naruto. Konohamaru doesn't use cloaks that disguise himself really well and his ambushes on Naruto have been rather unsuccessful. In the anime, Naruto has been somewhat practical at using this jutsu a couple of times in the series, though this may not appear as canon to some fans.
Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Cutting Whirlwind Technique) A jutsu that, using a giant fan, creates huge gusts of wind mixed with chakra capable of cutting the target apart. This whirlwind is powerful enough to repel and destroy thrown weapons and can even reflect sound waves right back at their original source.
Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique) Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member perfectly masters this technique, the person is fully recognized as an adult. This jutsu is said to be the most powerful of all fire techniques, and mastery of this technique is considered a rite of passage into adulthood in the Uchiha clan.
Katon: Karyuu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Missle) Shoots an enormous ball of flame in the shape of a dragon from the user's mouth.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly switches places with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, used often by Sasuke. The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as: a straw man, a boulder, mud, and even a scarecrow. The first and last items are never anywhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten the situation, and not an actual part of the jutsu. This technique is sometimes referred to as Utsusemi no Jutsu (Art of Body Projection) in other manga and anime series.
Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind) This Jutsu creates a blade of wind which is impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this jutsu requires no tool.
Shosen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique) By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra. Very skilled Medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use the techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible. This may also be utilized as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact. When using this technique, it somewhat bears a resemblance between the Jyuuken.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

User-name: Kokoro_no_Hebi Posting: Once or twice a day Time zone: Europe ~Character Data~ Name: Kokoro no Hebi (means sort of snake of the heart) Village: Sunagakure Clan/Bloodline: Youngest daughter of the Hebi clan. Her clan has an own region just outside the village which strangely enough contains a forest like mix of deserts plants that’s able to survive in the harsh desert. In the forest lives an endemic white snake specie which the clan worship. Actually, it’s considered smart to imitate the snakes’ behaviour, that’s partly why many people see this clan as strange. To be announced as a true member of this clan a ritual must be completed. This ritual is when the mortal venom of the white snake is injected into the blood of the clan members. It’s done by cutting a specially designed mark in the persons chest, The scar remains forever and is a sign of the clan. Many people die from this ritual and some of those who survive are suffering side-effects. Those who do survive gain the snake’s skills such as speed, stamina and a refined sense for poisons. They also become immune to most poisons. Since she became a medical nin she also wears thin leather gloves that reaches up to her elbows to not expose her skin to poisons. She also wears socks up above her knees and also high, soft leather boots. All of her clothing is in a dark red colour, the colour of her clan. Background: Kokoro is the youngest out of seven siblings of the head family of the Hebi clan. Her father is a very authoritative and is firmly ruling the clan. Most of Kokoro’s siblings are married and are living with their families in the area which their clan own. Kokoro completed the ritual when she was seven. She almost died at that time and that was also the time when her hair colour changed from black to silver grey. She poison awoke a second mind in her, a mind that’s just like a snake, and it shows herself when Kokoro starts to use her chakra. When she was younger and still lived with her clan Kokoro was very timid and quiet. Nowadays she’s learned how to stand up for herself and the difference between her and her other mind is less remarkable. Personality: She is very sweet around people she likes. However she can immediately feel if she likes someone or not, and if she doesn’t she has a hard time being nice to that person. With the saw-toothed side she can create sparkles and so use a technique special for her clan. With the heat created by her blade she makes crystallized poison of the white snake evaporate and creates a highly toxic mist. She also inherited two silver daggers the last time she paid her clan a visit. Unlike her katana, which she just brings for fights, she always carries them around.
