Ok, instead of me always picking the cape I figure we can have a competition every month where people design what they want then people vote on it. The one with the most votes wins.
-voting will begin the 23rd of each month (so submit early!)
-winner will be announced on the 1st of every month.
-one entry per person
-the winning entry will have their design be our cape design for the
entire month.
