I don't think so because she is really good at understanding people. Well Sasuke and Sakura aren't really scared of the nine tails, and they are his partners.

i think she wouldnt care she would accept since tht inner strength has helped make naruto naruto
i think her love goes deeper than tht
she would hold him tighter just 2 make sure the fox wont eescape and take him away from her

I think that Hinata accepts Naruto.She wont stop loving him because he gots a demon inside him i think she's going to help him to control his inner demon.
