Okay Guys & Gals! I know this question has at least popped into your heads once or twice while reading the series! Which Anita Blake character would you like to be with?!? Or maybe even hang out with?!? State your reasons why you would like/hang out with that person. biggrin

some of those other people. And sounds like she'd be a good friend if Anita was around alot more...

i vote for other aka edward (why wansn't he on the poll? why?!? crying ) because if i was with and/or hanging out with edward, it stands to reason that i'd be a pretty kick a** chick, and like anita says, edward always has the best toys.
so, his normal alter-ego is engaged.
and he is somewhat lacking in the morals area. he's still a very good friend, and with edward, you don't get caught up in lycanthrope and/or vampire politics. as much fun as it is to read about, it would drive me batty in real life. so the sociopath it is ^_^

But I guess the character I would pick if I had to just pick one would be Anita. Although she would never go for me because she has stated on many occasions that she doesn't like women, so I would be sol. I just think she is sooooo hot. Power turns me on, and she just reeks of it. She doesn't even know how badass she is. It is a good thing she is only a character, or yblonski would have to learn how to fight better. (sorry sweetie).

That's a double barrelled question... To be with, I'll answer in a typically male fashion and say Anita purely on the fact that she sounds like she'd be hella fun in bed.
To just hang out with, probably Nathaniel or Jason. They sound fun to hang out with, esp Jason who reminds me of one of my own rl friends.

So many adorable creatures and so little time. I completely understand why Anita is so torn. Just pondering this question made my brain over heat ;p
I want to say Edward because hanging with him would be so exciting, not to mention dangerous. I think I'd be scared to turn my back on him though. One would probably be safe with Ted, but Ted creeps me out more than Edward does.
Jason is fun and as the books go on I find myself becoming more and more curious as to what will become of Nethaniel. He seems to be growing into his own person and I am anxious to find out what kind of person that is.
I voted for Asher just because. I like him, but I think his personality may be too fragile for me.

Yeah, that's the problem with Asher... he's so emotionally delicate. I mean, you could say a word the wrong way, and he'd pout for the rest of the evening. Though I have to say, he's not nearly as bitchy and violent about it as Richard is... sweatdrop

Definitely agreed! The one person I wouldn't want to be with is easier to say than all the people I would want to be with. Richard would not be someone I would want to spend any time with.

Well, I haven't gotten to post yet but if I could go with anybody, I'd most definitely go for Jean-Claude. Just because he's my fave character, and I just think he's so wickedly seductive xd heart !!! I could see why Anita doesn't like him...yet be "attracted" to him at the same time...but his character is so awesome! 3nodding That and the fact that he could definitely appease everything about me heart xp . But of course that's just wishful thinking. If it was in THIS world and I could be with anyone in the AB series, I'd want to go with Nathaniel. Just because I go well with submissive men. Plus, he's so attractive and so sweet and huggable. He just needs someone who will love and care for him. 3nodding
