(( What follows is a collection of RPs that take place when Hakan entered Firekin lands disguised with an illusion given to him by Mrost. ))

Hakan meets Koka

(completed over AIM)

Kimaria33: After leaving Mrost's side to enter the lands alone, Hakan trod moved with caution. Each paw was placed with great care, body moving slowly and quietly along the sand. Scents of strange lions filled his nostrils but so far he had seen no one else. He turned his head to the left, taking in the scenery and blinking against the sand particles that tried to invade his eyes. Oh what a day this would be! He just hoped his mother didn't notice he had gone missing and get worried.

Walkign slowly he moved up alongside a rather large dune which piled high above him taking care not to disturb the sand too much. This land was strange and he found himself feeling rather awkward and clumsy. It didn't help that the ground moved beneath his feet and that sand caught between his toes. Very uncomfortable he might add.

He raised on forepaw and grimaced at the golden dust that had clogged the gaps in his paws and tried to shake it loose.

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka has gone out for a trot over the dunes. She much enjoyed slidding down their sides for a bit of fun and she knew there the tallest of dunes resided. So the little ebony female moved over each crest to descend into another little gully before climbing another crest again with ease. Koka has been quick to understand the movement of the sane and how to walk upon it's shifting form. Mother was best at it, even better than father she thought so Koka just assumed that she had picked up that graceful movement from Karama.

Finally a large dune was in sight. She lowered herself ready to attack to dune with freocity when a strange scent wafted in the air around her. Fur bristled up and claws sug into the loose grains. There was a trespasser on the other end of that dune!

Growling softly, Koka moved up the side of the dune but not dare peaking over just yet. Instead she lowered into a crouching position, muscled tensing as she readied for the pounce. Peaking over the edge she nearly laughed at the obviously male lion looking anything but comfortable within the sands despite his very Firekin appearance. Once he stoped though Koka wasted no time. Her tiny muscles worked like a spring loaded gun and she took off down the side of the dune and leapt at the male, claws outstretched. Thanks to the height she had and the propelling force of gravity when she hit the male she would hit hard and send him to the ground with her, hopefully, on top.

Kimaria33: Hakan turned just in time to see a strange black blue propelling itself at him and with a small surprised sound he drew in a breath to prepare for the incoming blow.

The contact pushed him backwards, staggering onto his hind legs but was not enough to knock him fully to the ground. With a loud grunt of annoyance the red and black juvenile shook the sand from his mane and opened his blue eyes to stare directly at whatever had attacked him.

A cub...

His nose wrinkled in distaste but he could not help but smirk a little at the female's efforts. She was surprisngly strong for someone so small and despite the lack of red on her pelt except for a few markings there was no mistaking her. She was indeed one of the Firekin that his master had spoken about.

"Well you certainly are a fiery spirit." He huffed, secretly pleased with bumping into this one. She held a strength in her that could prove useful.

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka found herself thrown back from the adolescant upon impact and had tumbled a little bit until the dune stopped her. Shaking her head shegot to all fours with all the dignity that only a princess could muster. Violet eyes glared coldly at the male and a growl escaped her. "Yes, and I am not afraid to put that spirit to use and attack you again. What are you doing within my father's lands rogue." The last words were spit out as if muttering the word caused her physical pain. "I will not allow you roam the desert any longer." She growled out, body low again as if ready to attack. "Your mere prescence ruins the very workings of the desert. You curse it with your inability to live within it." She couldn't help but smirk. "Then again, the desert may do us a favor and do you in herself. Afterall, you looked like you could barely walk here let along find food and water. That way I won't have to get myself all yuck up with your dirty blood." Her claws flexed at that moment. It was quite obvious that Koka wasn't taking into consideration the major size difference between here and the stranger. Oh no, she was just running on pure spirit and instinct at that point.

Kimaria33: "How observant of you." Hakan laughed, unsheathing his claws to scrape grooves into the sand beneath him. "What is a pretty thing like you doing in this place anyway? Surely the sand dirties such beautiful fur." Was she the vain sort? Well she appeared to be at any rate. "There are many places in the world that would enhance a beauty as rare as yours."

The smirk never left his face, and despite feeling nervous about being in a strange land wheredespite the fact that he lokoed like a Firekin he could not act like one. A disguise only worked if you could master its every aspects. "Do you think Finar-si wanted to keep strength and beauty such as yours trapped up so that no one could appreciate it?"

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka was a bit suprised to hear such words coming from the Rogue and she let it show with widened eyes, but only for a moment. She recovered herself and glared once again. "These lands need -someone- with such beauty as myself. It's not often that the desert has a child as gorgeous as herself. I couldn't abandoned the land I was born into, even if my looks would be appreciated elsewhere." Hakan had hit right on with Koka's vain streak, but her devotion to power and strength was much more stronger than her love of her physical looks. She just considered her gorgeous black pelt as icing on the cake. Afterall, who believed a beauty such as herself to have so many thorns. This was a new little fact that she was just beginning to realize and planned to use it in the future. For somehow she knew that such knowledge would be useful for she would find herself in a rank of power while others cowered around her.

Such thoughs made her shiver with glee.

Kimaria33: "Ah I see, how honourable of you." He shook his forepaw one last time before setting it upon the ground again, trying to ignore the heat as it pelted against his back. "But have you ever considered what might lay out there in the world? I can offer you something that no Firekin could ever offer you." He paused, eyes glinting as he tried to pull the words together to sound much more mysterious. "I know one who could give you strength that will make you more beautiful and more powerful than any of your brethren."

He smiled, "but first, let me introduce myself. I am Kaa, apprenctice to a God of War."

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka didn't allow herself to relax. AFterall, father had told her never to let her guard down around rogues.

"You could not offer me more than what I can get here. I could be future Queen after I deal with a few nuscinces in my way. What kind of power could this God of yours give me that could outmatch being Queen of a whole pride..Kaa?" She smirked as she spoke his name. Despite her words though, her violet eyes reflected her thoughts on the matter. Power, strength...That's what she needed to become Queen. Hell, maybe this God could make her more than just Queen of -one- pride. Now that was a yummy thought she could sink her fangs into.

Kimaria33: Ah, had he hit something there? He placed a calm expression on his face and tensed his shoulders, staring at her with his cool blue eyes. "Ambition, I like it." He nodded sharply, "yet how do you wish to fight for your power if you can be outmatched. It sounds like you will be up against more than one to reach your throne. A God of War could give you a superior strength that could enable you to take on anyone who challenged you and your rights."

He waved a paw idly and clipped his teeth together. "I could help you with this, for I have trained since I was nothing more but a tiny cub. I am stronger now than most adults ever are. Tell me future Queen of the Firekin, would it be wise to turn down such help?"

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka paused for a moment, her figure relazing as her thoughts analyzed what was being said. It was true, she could not really let down an offer so good! If this God was really what Raa said he was then he could help her reach that coveted position she so desired, but now there was only one question on her mind. "I may consider such an option, but why should I believe your words? This God of yours, if he's so powerful why didn't he just come himself instead of sending a lion such as yourself here? I mean, you are far from passing as a Firekin if that is truly what you're trying to do. You're far too clumsy to be a son of the sands. Besides, I have been taught that there is only one true goddess and that is the creator of our pride, Finar-si."

Kimaria33: Hakan nodded, he had already planned answers for such questions on his short walk from where Mrost had parted ways with him. "You know as well as I do that I am no Firekin and yet my pelt screams of the traits? In truth I have no red mark upon my fur, what you see here is an illusion created by my God. He sent me here because I am one of his most trusted followers and..." He paused, eyes narrowing, "he does not wish to show himself freely to lions who have no desire to appreciate his worth. I see you are no fool young Queen, you know as well as I do that with his strength you could rule this pride with ease."

"With a God's powers there are no limits on what you could achieve. Become our ally and share with us the bount of power. Could your beloved Finar-si offer this?"

X Dramatic Ash X: "I do not know what finar-si could offer because she, like your God, I have never seen. Whether he bleieves lions worthy or not he should know that for a Firekin to believe in any other God that they would need to see another God. right now, he is no better than our own Finar-si. If he truly has this power that you say he has, I would like to meet him. Only then will I believe in what he could possibly bring me, besides." She glared again. "What would -I- have to do for -him- for recieve such power? Nothing comes for free in this world. That is a lessons I learned early in life."

Kimaria33: "Very well." He took a step back and swept his head low in a curt bow, "those are questions that only he himself can answer. I shall make no promises for I could never control a God, but I will give him your message." Hakan knew what he had given Mrost in return for strength, but would he ask the same of all his followers? Would they all be expected to follow him unwavering or face the loss of ones they loved? Or would they each be given a task that would make them unique?

"I cannot say when you will hear from him or me again, just keep your eyes open and wait."

He took a few steps back and gave her a small smile, "until we meet again Queen of the Desert."

One down...many more to go. Perhaps this wouldn't be as hard as he had first imagined.

X Dramatic Ash X: Koka smirked and watched as Raa backed away from her. It was sad though, that the very first lion to show her any respect was a Rogue of all things! Maybe this power that the God of War possessed would truly put her upon her thrown and make all of those sniveling unwanted lions truly respect the power and strength she held within her. One day they would all regret the times they scorned her, laughed at her, and looked down upon her. One day, this princess would rise to her rightful place even if it meant the death of 4 of her siblings.

Kimaria33: And quite unaware that he may have dragged his niece into Mrost's noose Hakan turned away and continued on his way, moving across the sand with that same clumsy gait that gave himself away. It seemed his paws were much more sensitive to heat than those who lived there.

Hakan meets Ny

(compelted over AIM)

Kimaria33: Upon leaving the War God's side Hakan moved confidently across the ground, taking note that it was becoming more stable beneath his paws. The scents of strange lions filled his nostrils and for a moment he felt slightly nervous. He gazed back over his shoulder but saw nothing but a wavering gold sea behind him. It was hot but it had cooled drastically from the midday sunshine.

With a small shake of his head he continued, paws moving in a slightly mroe clumsy way than a Firekin might be seen travelling. If he bumped into an adult then...he'd blag his way out of it. If he ran into a cub or juvenile then he'd talk to them, get them to see his side of things. Warriors would never turn down an invitation from a war god, would they? It just didn't seem sensible.

He nodded to himself, holding his masked face high, feeling suddenly strengthened. He would spread the word of his Master, gain him followers and increase his status with each new apprentice. They would create an army more powerful than any other.

Yes indeed...

FallenCatAngel: The white cub was laid out across the light sand dunes. She may have been cursed for being white but it seemed as if she was better at hiding and stalking on the white sands. Now though the looked dead, her body on its side and legs spread out, her golden eyes shut. She looked dead, only the occassional movements of her ears showed any real movement.

Her small stomach lifted up and down slowly as she took the slow breaths that she needed while she slept, if sleeping is what you could call the youngster doing. She wasn't anything special in the pride, just another cub of royal blood from both sides of her family. She had a brother who she would kill, one day, prove to him that he was worth nothing and that he was as useless as that lion who seemed so self centered and bossy.

She was in truth self centered but right now, she was peaceful and caring, her dreams carrying her away from the ground she knew she had to stay concious in but she wanted to let go into her dream world. It was lucky her ears caught the sound of another when they did, otherwise maybe she would have indeed got lost in her dreams, something a girl of her status would never do, normally.

Kimaria33: Hakan - or Kaa as he was to be called whilst he was here - noticed the pale body on the sand just ahead and with a sense of curiosity he had diverted himself so that his path brought his paws padding over to where the female lay. As he grew closer he realised finally that it was indeed a young lioness and after blinking his blue eyes he lowered his black and red form slightly, creeping forwards in the way he would approach an antelope.

"Wake up." His voice sounded loudly, narrowing his eyes as he watched her. She was not as red as he pictured the Firekin being and was suddenly unsure of whether he had found the correct lion. "Never knew Firekin were born white." His nose wrinkled up slightly. "Did all the sun bleach your coat?"

FallenCatAngel: She jumped up quick enough, her golden eyes watching his form and a snarl in her throat. "Who are you and you daren't speak to me in any such way. You have not been seen here before and your not a cub from anyone here so who are you rouge..." She snarled louder her eyes narrowing.

Her father had taught her that the chances of cubs or any non-adults being accepted into the pride was unlikely as he was born same time as the royal litter there wouldn't be a pureblood lion younger then him to come back, she believed her father naturally. She wasn't happy with another youngster wandering around and unless he named parents she had heard of, she would get rid of him.

Kimaria33: He laughed haughtily, teeth flashing in the sun. "Quite a temper you have there missy. I'd tell you to chill but in this sun I'd think that would be impossible." His eyes sparkled with amusement and for the moment he settled easily into the role. "I'd say looking at your white coat and then at my black and red that I'm more of a Firekin than you." He inhaled deeply and released it as a casual snort. "The name is Kaa, and yours?"

He cared little whether she believed him or not, for as long as he bore a Firekin name and a Firekin pelt he felt himself safe and if things went wrong he knew Mrost was nearby.

FallenCatAngel: "Your no Firekin. If you are I wish to know the kings name along with his siblings and their mates and children." She smirked. "No cub from the outside is a firekin but a rouge, there are lions with red coats who do not bear the blood and trust me I am not the only white cub here, we are just more special, different and alot better at ripping throats out of liars..." She never let the snarl fade from her throat. She never trusted anyone, something she had learnt from meeting others in the lands.

"Who are your parents and what part did they play in our pride?" She smirked yet again, she would make him trip up.

Kimaria33: His ears flicked and for a moment he just stared at her. "I can see you are stong, do not take offence. The Firekin blood runs thickly through your veins, I see the fire in your eyes." If only he had known that the King was his half brother...if only. Yet this was a side of his family that his mother had never cared to share and so he would never know it, not unless he came face to face with the king. "I'll admit that I've not been in these parts since I was young, but the desert called me home. The reason I left and the reason I never knew my parents well...I will share it to you if you would like to hear it." He nodded, tail flicking the sand up into small clouds. "But first, a name Lady of the roaring flame. You must have been blessed with one at birth, right?"

FallenCatAngel: "I don't give my name to those who are not worthy to hear it." She continued to watch him, only hearing stories of his mother, it would probably been the only ticket to her respect the name of his mother though it would have confused her greatly.

"I want your parents names, truthfully." She stood up, tensing slightly, "You lie, we fight no matter how big you are. No rouge enters these lands and leaves again unharmed.. if they leave at all..." She smirked again, quite happy with herself and how she was handing this.

Kimaria33: Oh dear...were all Firekin like this? He felt almost exhausted just listening to her, and yet what could he say? "My father I never knew, this is truth." His eyes flickered, "my mother's name is Kinja, a mighty huntress who is strong, wild and free. Her fur glistens with the likeness of Finar-si and I am proud to be her son."

"If you do not tell me your name then I shall think up one I deem suitable, have it your way." He smirked, ears flicking back. "I return now to seek out worthy allies, allies who are strong and able, allies who would benefit greatly from the blessings of a mighty God." He eyed her now, wondering what she would say to that.

FallenCatAngel: "My uncle then. Thats interesting as I don't believe the King has any other brothers apart from Kavu, either way." She smiled slightly and relaxed a little. "I am Nyeupe'Moto though you may call me Ny, uncle." She looked at him and tilted her head smirking. "You don't have royal blood though... You can't have the same father as Kimeti and mother and be your age so you are a rouge..." She chuckled again, her golden eyes watching him.

She smirked again, she was going to have some fun.

Kimaria33: He wrinkled his nose, not quite understand anythign she was saying. With a small shake of his head Hakan rolled his eyes and re-positoned his paws upon the ground. The sand was growing warm underfoot despite the lowering of the sun.

"Royalty I am not." He said finally, "I am the messenger of a God, he is a powerful and mighty being, stronger than any other creature that ever lived or will live. He is a God who is strong and wise, who will lead others into a life of a warrior. I seek allies willing to join me in partnership, but not just anyone. I know of the strength that dwells here."

FallenCatAngel: She chuckled, she had listened but would dismiss it for now she wanted to have some fun. "Slow down boy." She paused and smiled a little less harshly. "Your mother is Kinja? She is the mother of Kimeti, our king and my mother Kijinga along with others who were born here. Means your half our blood but only half."

She paused for a think, half contemplating the lion in front of her and then what he had said. She had been taught about the firekin traditions but not once had she been taught that Finar-si was the only Goddess.

"As for what you say rouge, you won't find much here. I may think about what you say but this God of yours would need to show himself." She stretched, her golden eyes never leaving him. "I do think you should meet your brother and sisters though, along with all your neices and newphews, Uncle." She smiled quite content at meeting her uncle, wait till she tells everyone else, especially the King.

Kimaria33: He snarled, bristling angrily. What was this creature saying? "Shut up, you have the wrong lioness." His muzzle wrinkled as he beared his fangs. It hurt him to think such things. "I thought you would welcome the opportunity of strength, thought you would jump at the chance of being sheltered by the wings of a Warrior God. It seems I was mistaken." He took a small step forward, balancing on his toes. "The God does not approach unbelievers, to be blessed with the sight of him you must prove yourself."

FallenCatAngel: She chuckled. "I never said I didn't believe and no I dont have the wrong lioness, your pelt shows her colourings. One of my cousins is a spitting image of her from what father said, dark red with black markings.. one line down her back." She smirked, her uncle was in denial.

She then tensed up as he moved closer to her. "Ah the poor little boy is getting upset by his niece, thats what happens when you get tainted with rouge blood, you loose the power of the blood. Poor thing.." She smiled hoping to wind him up more.

Kimaria33: He growled, bristling with rage. Like a curtain of red pooling into his vision he could almost hear a little voice in the back of his head urging him to go for her throat. His heart hammered painfully in his chest and for a moment it looked as if he truly would pounce for her.

His body trembled as he physically tried to stop himself and stumbled back a step.

"Lies, filthy lies!" His words were a vicious hiss and with a strange growling sound he continued to back up, turning tail and fleeing. He'd had enough of this place for one day. And as he ran he could feel his body tingling, the red illusion that swept over his form flickered and began to fade, but he was already too far away for it to be noticed.

FallenCatAngel: She laughed at him, laughed and laughed.

"So much for strength! Your warrior God can't be that amazing if he wanted a wimp like you..." She paused and chuckled again shouting after him, "Yes, WIMP!" She continued to chuckle; see violence wasn't needed, just a few words could do alot more damage then claws and teeth.
