In other words, a list of guild criminals. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE ON THIS LIST.
arrow Things that can get you on this list...
• Spamming
• Being rude to anyone/starting a fandom war and wanking my fandom (even more)
• Breaking Gaia ToS (such as posting explicit material)
• In other words, breaking the Guild Rules
arrow What does it mean to be on this list?
• You're a trouble-maker and a rule-breaker D:
• It could just be that you have some minor offenses and the mods are keeping track of you, so don't freak out
• Depending on your placement on the list, you (1) have a warning count and your guild activity is being watched by the mods (2) have been suspended from the guild. In other words, you've been banned but will be invited back after a certain length of time (3) have been permanently banned from the guild and you cannot come back.

Hm... Bingo book. Ouch. That's an odd name to give something like this...though I understand the corrilation with the Naruto Show and all...but still...the Bingo Book for something like this...odd.
