I've seen it on sell at Gamestop, I'm sure its not released just yet.. I was wondering what everyone knows about it since I know nothing, not even the release date...

well,ive already preordered it,it IS for shur coming out august 30th of this year,the things ive heard is,it does have laharl in it only you have to kill him and you dont get to use him,you get etna on your team in like....chapter 3 or 4,and if you dont know japanise then,i dont know,but heres a link to the disgaea 2 site,sry it only in japanise click here to go to disgaea 2 cursed memories site

Look... I'm not gonna act like its a big suprise like Axel above me. He was unlockable in both Phantom Brave and Makai Kingdoms. Chances are, he's unlockable in Disgaea 2. Plus in game trailers on lots of website they at some point show on screen, "He's back..." then show laharl beet the crap out of the new guy. Besides hey wouldn't jib the ore-sama if Kurtis and the Prism Rangers are also there.

Kind of weird to be looking at a grid again.
I think it's going to feel a little odd going back to that, but it will preserve the feel Disgaea had, which is definitely good. ^^

From what I have seen/heard he is just an optional boss, if you beat him before a certain chapter you get an ending otehrwise only Fallen Angel Flonne joins your team

I hope NIS releases it early to people who preordered it off of their website. Also, it has "far more secret characters than any NIS game before it" at least thats what the director said at Anime Expo.
Oh and by the way, at higher levels damage goes up into the MILLIONS for a single attack.

Spoiler: I just saw a vid with Adell and Rozalin fighting Zetta in his book form . I only saw 2 of his attacks, one is the Zetta beam and the other is Omega drive. Yeah it looks really weird sweatdrop .

Okay I do have my copy of Disgaea 2 and if you want, I will confirm some of what you guys have been talking about.
Spoilder: Laharl is both a boss and later on, available as a playable character, as are Kurtis and Fallen Angel Flonne. Also Etna doesnt join the party until Epsiode 10.
