Kirby Morrow (I don't think I spelled it right!) has a hot voice. He is in many animes, I won't bother naming all of them, but he's Miroku in InuYasha.
Christian Bale in Howl's Moving Castle is hot, and so is his voice. He was also cool as Batman in Batman Begins.
Kelly Sheridan is in many things and I just like her voice. (Sango in InuYasha for example)
