Miscellaneous: Josie is just under 5'4", and is often described as looking like a "china doll" thanks to how delicate she is. As a child she was kept secluded, her only companions being books. These she absorbed in a vast number, "reading" herself into maturity. Once she turned eigtheen and was allowed out into the world, this maturity collapsed in on itself -she had no child hood in which it could take root. As a result, she is very forgetful, condemned to a child-like state in which the years she's had on this earth are often forgotten.
Her developing "inner-child" makes Josie innocent and trusting -she often walks blindly into traps set by enemies.
Rping Example:
Upon the death of the only queen just after clutching, the Weyr had been carting in young women left-and-right, should a queen hatch. It was with these women that Josie now found herself -eight Candidates, with more arriving by the minute. Upon arrival they had been shoved into the white robes that were traditional for the soon-to-be-riders to wear during a Hatching. It was the sleeve of this robe that Josie now tugged on, for a string had come loose, and it was attracting all of her attention. The tiny woman paid no heed to her taller cohorts -most of whom were younger than her except two- and indeed, had to be shaken to gather her attention. Josie stopped tugging on the loose thread guiltily and hid it under the table, smiling at the woman tugging on her arm.
Yes?
The woman, a tall, powerful blonde with piercing green eyes smirked, tucked a strand of pale hair behind her ear.
"You're to make our way to the Grounds now. Half of 'em have already left."
The blonde jerked her thumb over her shoulder at the retreating backs of the other Candidates. She rolled her eyes as Josie got up from the table and chased after them, a long white string trailing from her sleeve as she flailed her arms.

Reason for Joining: I've always wanted to join one of these kinds of roleplays. I'm a dragon lover-- actually, I love all things mythical. As for Terrance's reasons for wanting to become a dragonrider; Terrance always looked up to the Dragonriders of the Weyr ever since she was a young girl. She had a difficult and unhappy childhood after her mother died, and she admired the strength and fearlessness of the dragons and their riders. She hopes to join their legions and overcome her own turbulent past.

Miscellaneous: Terrance is young, but she is ambitious and headstrong. The difficulties she has experienced in her seventeen years have only toughened her resolve.
Rping Example:
Terrance stormed from the home, head ringing and heart pounding. Her cheeks felt hot and she breathed hard as she strode quickly away from the village, turning on to the road. Her father always made her so angry-- how could he possibly presume that she would marry the suitor he had picked for her? Just thinking about it brought back her fury in a fresh new wave. She clenched her teeth. He just didn't understand!
She began to calm as she realized the direction she was headed. She had entered the mouth of a cave and began to make her way down a cool tunnel-- the Dragon's Vein, the passage into the Weyr. Her favorite escape; it was her favorite place in the whole world. She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. Her father was only trying to do what he thought was best, she knew. But Terrance did not want to marry. She had been training for a 14- no, 15 months now!- secretly building her strength and her skills, hoping against hope to be chosen for the next Hatching. It was a wild dream, she knew, but all her life she had wished to become a Dragonrider. And now her life had come to a crossroads: either her dream would come true and she would bond with a dragon, or her father would condemn her to a life of mediocrity and marriage.
She shook her head, clearing her mind. The choice for the Hatching candidates were out of her hands now, and worrying about the future would not help her any. Instead, as she continued walking down the long tunnel, she visualized the dragons. If she could have a dragon, hers would be gold, she decided. She smiled ruefully. As if she would get the rarest of the dragons. Assuming she was chosen for the Hatching, she would most likely bond with a green or a purple, if at all. But still she continued to think of her gold queen. She wondered what it would be like to share thoughts with a dragon.
Musing, she finally came to the other end of the passage and looked out across the Weyr.

Race/Species: Sha' Dri (Shadow walker + Bene Gesserit)
Weapons: Skilled in many different weapons, he prefers pole weapons like spears and staves, as well as long swords. Though he can use pretty much any weapon, both conventional and unconventional.
Reason for Joining: Well, Josie's going, and Nicholas is her lover... Sooo... You figure it out.

Standing at a good Five feet ten inches, Nicholas isn't exactly the tallest person you might run across, however he also isn't the shortest. He weighs about 180lbs, so he isn't the heaviest of people, though he is still quite strong and hard to lift and move by force, especially if he is wearing his overcoat. His black hair goes down to about his shoulders, a little further down in the back. Usually he has it kept parted down the middle, and hanging down along the sides of his face and the back of his head, and it is always straight.
His skin has a slightly tanned tone to it, and he has quite a few scars over his body, though they aren't normally seen. A scar over the bridge of his nose from when he was still young, and a scar along the left side of his abdomen when he fought with Joseph. There are four identical and parallel scars on his left arm as well, from when he fought a lycan, and one diagnolly across his chest from a fight years ago, and yet another near the center of his abdomen where he was stabbed. Finally, there is one next to his heart, where he had been shot when he was younger. Plenty of wounds, both physical and emotional, as well as mental.
His eyes are a blood red color, though when he is content, and calm, usually around Josie, his eyes take on a softer rudy-red coloring. His smile is friendly and sweet, especially around Josie, and he is almost always smiling. He does like to teach, and he doesn't like to see people injured.

Miscellaneous: Besides being half mermaid and half woman when her tail is dry? She's a lonely soul looking for someone to share her long life with.
Rping Example: A dark haired beauty rose from the billowing waves below. A fish like tail dragged into the sandy surface of the land. Glowing turquoise eyes examines the beach lines for any living creatures about. Sighing as she gathered herself in a sitting postion. Begins to dry her tail until a pair of pale sickly looking legs appears from below. Gathering her confidence. She vowed to find the presence that seems to call into the depts of the sea. And the voice was strongest on this island of man. Pulling out a simple man clothes she found at a sunken ship she dresses herself as she's seen the other females do. And starts her quick wobbly lessons in how to walk. Her mind calling out to the voice. A voice just as lonely as her. Calling out to her to come. If only she knew where to go. She needed to feel, see, and be wanted by this voice that has her enveloped in a warm embrace she's not felt since the parting of her beloved mother.

Weapons: Weaponmaster, meaning he is proficient in the art of using most known weapons during battle.
Maleficus is the weapon he uses, it is a small ball at normal that is a small manifestation of his own soul and being. It is not purely energy nor is it purely solid, but can act as both.
If you need a sort of reference to how it acts think Necrid from Soul Calibur 2.

Miscellaneous: Kiarya is naturally a loner, so joining up with Saliyath was difficult for her, even though the bonding is joyace. Being a Panther Demon gives Kiarya the ability to control certain elements, water and darkness being her most prominant, and also makes her very feline in her ways and behaviour. As thier bonds progresses, Saliyath will gain many feline-like tendancies as well.

Personality - Tom is Kind and Caring to the ones he is familiar with and Trusts. He has his own fair share of jokes when the situation isn't Dire. When met with a stranger, Tom tends to be quiet and observant. He is cautious as to the Stranger's Intention. Never assuming the worst he will wait out the final judgement upon the person.

Genken - A Broad War Sword about a hand and a half sword. The Colour of the Blade is a Deep Saphire Blue. The same Colour of the Scales that Belong to Clothar. The Blade was forged by Elves who have enchanted the blade to never Dull Nor Break.
Assortment Of Knives - These Blades are also forged by the Elves but they are not made as sophisticated as Genken. They are enchanted to not dull nor break but they are just a neutral tone of metallic silver. They are crafted that he Hilt counter balances the Long Blades making it perfect for throwing when needed.
Battle Bow - The Bow was made specially from a Yew Log, It is Strong and sturdy and is almost impossible to be drawn by a meer human. One must require the Strength of the Elves to Easily Draw this bow.
Magic & Abilities-
Elven Magic - Mostly consists of healing and other binding spells. The Magic itself runs in Tom's very veins. Tom specializes in the Wind Element. He has mastered the Technique to make the wind hard enough to lift an object and project it at a distance or to just simply squeece the object to the point of breaking.
Elven Strength & Speed - Tom's Strength and Speed are far more developed than a Human though, a good human swordsman can easily provide a challenge to him.
Reflexes & Stealth - Through many years of training Tom has developed his reflex skills. Using his speed is a key issue where he can easily dodge an attack and counter attack. Before the opponent could even figure out what happened. His Skills in Stealth are developed through constant games in his childhood where they learn to hide in the shadows. Once he gets odler he is put through much more serious scenarios where he better developed his skills for stealth.
Reason For Joining - Always taken a facination to Dragon and or Dragon Rider Roleplays, along with other medieval/fantasy roleplays.
Tom's reason for joining among the ranks of the Dragon riders is, to represent his Elven race. To their knowledge the numbers of elven brothers among their ranks has diminished greatly. The Elven Matriarchs taking this into concern wanted to avoid the assumption that the Elven kind were arrogant. To Push away the thought that the elves think they are better thna everyone else. They partnered Tom the son of the Royal Guards to the Elven Matriarch, To Clothar of the Blue Dragons.
Roleplay Example -
'Snap!' The sound echoed loudly through the silent forest as if an explosion gave way. The stag's head shot up as it darted to the brushes hastily, abandoning what he was doing previously.
"Damnit!" Tom swore as he broke off into a sprint after the Stag. He nimbly leaped over the bush as he drew his sword gaining speed as he rushed through the clearing. Although he was running in a spritn his footfalls were still as soft as a feather. The wind rushed past his head as it carried his long white hair, revealing two pointed ears. The Forest seems to blur slightly as Tom, leaped forward clearing a dead log.
"Hah Hah!" Tom laughed as he neared the deer, he brought up his arm for the killing strike, as the Stag Leaped forward. "Huh? What in th-Umph!" Tom said as he groand falling straight on his face, as his legs fell into a ditch.
Tom attempted a somersault as he lifted his legs out of the ditch in the roll, he got back onto his feet as he looked up seeing the Stag standing stiffly looking down upon him ontop of a hill.

A boy looked down from the trees upon a girl trying to fight a group of zombies. The girl was pretty good but Garrett wanted to have fun also. But he wouldn't intrude on her fun unless she needed his help. He pulled the tannish colored hood of his cloak over his head so it concealed his dark red hair. He let the rest of his cloak rustle around him as he sunk deeper into the shadows of the trees to watch the girl fight. He had his staff out and it simply looked like a normal walking staff. He pretended to be blind when going into a place where weapons weren't allowed. That way he could keep his staff and still have a weapon. His hand absentmindedly circled the trigger that would release the spear half of his staff. He did that often when he was bored.
Garrett sat back and rested his head against the trunk of the tree. The sounds of battle soothed his mind. His mind was usually a wildfire of confusion that he preffered not to sort out. But when he was in a battle, his mind cleared completely and he was totally focused. Garrett looked at the gauntlets on his arm. The two rubies swirled with fire inside it. Garrett didn't know where he had gotten the gems but he knew that he would never let them out of his sight. They were important to him and it was a gift from his father. Garrett turned his head away from the subject of his father. He didn't feel like being depressed at the moment. Actually, he never felt like being depressed because that was the kind of person he was. He usually didn't have time to be sad because he had a gang to manage and a village to protect.
He turned his mind and focus to the Phoenix Fliers as they called themselves. They had decided on their name because they were all phoenixes and they were their best at aerial fighting. On Garrett's cloak was a dark red phoenix holding a broadsword. The words 'We live to protect those who cannot protect themselves' were wrritten on the broadsword in Phoenixian, the language of the phoenixes. The same words were inscribed on Garrett's broadsword that hung from his belt. Garrett shook his head and refocused on the battle.
