Not so recently we elected 3 new MODs. Soon after the MODs promoted 3 lucky members to being a fellow moderator. There three were Priestess1., Treya_Orchien, and Drisowen. A while ago now, I interviewed each of them, a few MODs, and a lucky regular member. It is with my regret i can not give you those conversations at the moment. I must stall on until I feel rambling has gone on long enough.
I think it is only right for me to put up my interview with the beloved, the beautiful, the magnificent, Rikudoll.

(Riku: = Rikudoll)
(Ash: = Ashley(Myself)

Ash: Alrighty. You were nominated a few times for being an MOD, how did it feel to not be chosen?
Riku: I accepted it with a grain of salt, and I was very honored to be nominated as much as I was. I probably would not have been ready for the responsibilities of being a mod in such a large and diverse guild, anyway. xD
Ash: How do you think the new MODs will handle their new power. Will they become a Luke Skywalker of P-GoD, or will they venture over to the Dark Side?
Riku: I think they will do very well, except for Priestess. XD She can't resist those Dark Side cookies, ya know? [Kidding. xD]
Ash: Are you planning on seducing any new MODs to the Dark Side with your rainbow cookies?
Riku: Maaaaybe...You know me, always seducing...^_^;

It's true, she's often tempting me with rainbow chocolate chip cookies. Let me tell you, she finally did get me, so BEWARE! the Dark Side comes with Dental, chocolatey-rainbow goodness, and often rainbow rubber chickens, power tools, and pie.
Next I decided to go to the MODs themselves. We deserve to know the possible emotional trauma they could be going threw from the news of coming in power. I found it only fitting to start with the Mistress of the Magazine, Priestess1..

(P1.: = Priestess1.)

Ash: How do you feel about your recent promotion?
P1.: surprised I was really excited! I could finally go into the mods forum and best of all I'm a mod of the guild I love! xP I was also pretty nervous, cuz I might not be a good mod, what if I did something wrong with my mod powers! Like make a mistake in deleting a post or thread!
Ash: How do you feel about it now that you've been a MOD for a few days[weeks]?
P1.: surprised I feel like I still have alot to learn! But I'm still happy that I've become a mod. 3nodding

Now I'm just going to go straight into the other two MODs, Drisowen my Shy Little Butterfly and Treya_Orchien my Cokeed Up Monkey Friend. And then two of our residing MODs, who will get a better introduction after I'm finished with Drisowen and Treya_Orchien heart

Ash: What was your initial reaction to becoming a MOD?
Dris: I was very pleasantly surprised. I had had doubts that I would make it, since there were so many people who wanted the job. To be honest, I danced around a little. sweatdrop
Ash: Were you suprised at being nominated, or was it expected from being on so regularly?
Dris: Actually, the first nominations I got, I had asked for. I campaigned to get recomendations, but after a while people were nominating me without my asking. I guess I was surprised at the people who nominated me without my asking. It made me feel happy.
Ash: Whats it like being a MOD? Do you feel superior, do you feel powerful, do you eat more cheese?
Dris: Amazingly, I eat less cheese. Yes, that's right. I don't feel superior (though I cannot lie and say that I don't feel powerful). I feel like I can make a difference now. I feel like I'll be able to help people and earn peoples' respect. I look forward to it.

Ash: What was your first reaction to becoming a MOD?
Treya: Ahah. My reaction's probably a bit embarrassing. xP
I squeed loudly, bounced on my computer chair a lot, and spazzed at people on MSN. x3
Ash: What kind of a MOD do you hope to be/think you have become?
Treya: -------------------------------- sad -------------------------------------------

Due to technical Laptop difficulties Treya is on [Haitus] for a little while. Which made me rather upset. The second she is able to reply to me I will continue on with the interview. Until then... mourn :X
So now I move onto the lovely, the IRRESISTABLE! the Sexual Cucumber. My Good friend Alynne. I have censored certain perts of our conversation since she is well known for going TMI(Too Much Information) on people.
After Alynne we will hear our El Capitain's views on the new MODs. Thats right, El Capitain, the God of P-GoD, Transilent.

Ash: So Alynne, what are your feelings towards the new MODs?
Alynne: ---------------------------Censored------------------------------------ ...and yeah smile

The rest of our conversation was like this most of it would be censored for your benifits. After that it went slightly off track to peanutbutterbox, and TMI(Too Much Information) and other completely unrelated subjects(If you do not understand the joke, that would be because its from the inside. yes folks, and inside joke!). I think that I'll just move on to El Capitain now. smile

Ash: What makes them worthy of being MODs, what qualities do they posess above the others?
Trans: First, they are some of the few members who have been with us since almost the begining. Second, because during that time, they have shown exceptional abilities for crew members. But really I barely had a hand in selecting them. It was entirely up to the members, and other crew. And those three got a lot of recommendations. Both from crew and other members.
Ash: there has been rise to the belief of initiation of MODs... if it were true, what would your initiation be for them?
Trans: Their initiation was when they accepted or not accepted their modship after they were chosen. Nothing formal, but other than that, there isn't any kind of initiation.
Ash: Finally the last, completely irrelivant question --- Spice Girls or Backstreet boys? why?
Trans: Neither. I hate that kind of music.

I hope that now you have a slightly better idea of who our new MODs are. I'm sure that they will do a fabulas job, although we don't have many problems(that I'm aware of) since we have an amazing guild. I would like to thank the MODs and Rikudoll for their time, cooperation, and their oppinions.
