She had never left the saftey of the 'royal' chambers before, she had never had to, her own personal servant, Rukiya, had always come running when she called, or at least come and fed her or bathed her or what ever her father wished. Today though she was missing, god damn her! The black and salmon cub cursed the bright pink femmes name. She was hungry and had to leave her cushy comfort in search of some morsel or another slave to do her bidding.
She had come quite the way out from the fur lined quarters her father called his home and the bright twinkling water of the oasis caught her eyes. She moved in a strange sort of manner, a manner of one unused to having to walk on hardened ground instead of plush furs. She looked disgusted that her feet were, ugh, dirty! That Rukiya, ohh she would, she would, well she would think of some sort of revenge later! Right now she had to find another slave to fetch her a meal!
Arriving at the waters edge she peered over in to the glimmering waters and smiled at herself, she already knew she was beautiful, it was hammered in to her, her father even once said she was pretty, of course this water only prooved it. The little princess was far from stupid, if anything she understood more than perhaps she should. She had gained her mothers mind along with her fathers raging if at the moment some what miniscule ambition.
Good gods where was a slave when you needed one? "RUKI-YA!" she called at the top of her lungs the water below her almost shimmering at the sound from her vocal cords.

The young General in training had been aware of Nyekundu's foul disposition as of late, the thought of a child from the Lord would be most interesting.
As his soft white pads pawed against the sand in an almost bored fashion while laying in a sphinx like position upon HIS rock.
However, with the heat of the sun rolling against his pristine crystal white back, he stood from his position and leapt gracefully from the rock throne he had claimed when coming here not long ago.
But indeed time had passed and he was aware he had grown.
He was a juvenille and starting to take on a rather handsome face, though he was never the vain type to start gloating about it.
No matter how devious the young male was.
As he walked towards the water hole, he kept a slight vigilance about him as he lapped at the crystal clear liquid, ears perked up to hear any minute noise on this calm, peaceful, quiet day.
'RUKI-YA!'
Well, almost quiet.
He trembled, looking up from the water at the black female cub before furrowing his brows.
"Dear God's woman, do you have no notion of your own noise!?"

Afritti'dogo's deep purple orbs fled to the white figure that had just appeared. For a moment she was taken aback, she had never seen another male bar for her father before, this one clearly was a male though and not as old, mucely or hairy as her father. Glareing at him she took a moment to groom her white toes ridding herself of a little of the dust which had gathered there with a slight disgusted look.
"I can do as I please slave" she stated her whiplash like responce once again making the icey waters tremble ever so slightly. After a moments silence her tiny tongue licked out around her lips showing the milky fangs beneath her white marked lips. "Have you seen MY slave? I have missplaced it." She raised a brow in a cocky manner before rolling her eyes. "Never mind don't answer just get me some food" She was abrupt about what she was saying to this older male he didn't fear him, everyone must know of her? Nyekundu's heir, her father was king of this dusty, watery place they all must know by now.
It was such a shame Nyek was unwilling to divulge the true nature of his litter though it was widely known he had only a single cub and that Afu had 'mysteriously' dissapeared, Nyekundu had named no heir, there was no mighty announcement from the seer cub. Afritti was a secret but she had gotten out all on her own.

He didn't answer any of the cubs questions, just stood there for a moment and cocked an eyebrow at her.
Mouth open slightly before his brows furrowed at this rather imputent little child and flicked his head so the black tuft of his hair fell over one deep crimson eye.
"Sorry, but I am no errand boy for a prissy brat like you." He said rather bluntly.
Who did this cub think she was?
Trying to pull of a royalty act as she sat there, expecting him to just lay food at her feet after being spoken like that.

She looked shocked, more to the point she looked like the world had just fallen around her little ears "Who are you calling brat?" She snapped her voice breaking in to a rather squeeky extremely high pitch. "I sirrah am the heir to this oasis, Princess Afritti'dogo I will have you know and you would be well to remember it SLAVE!" She put emphesis on the word slave for her own comfort rather than the others status. How dare he call HER a brat? This low ranked indevidual how dare he even speak back to her!
The long fur on the back of the tiny prissy princesses neck lifted on end as she watched the pale stranger "What is your name? I would have it then I can tell my father of your insollence!" she watched him her tiny chest huffing as she blurted out this single sentence at him. How dare he! Ohh he was going to get in so much trouble! She was the princess. Where was her father and Rukiya? Ohh her father would kick this pale youngsters butt from here to, to, to well where ever!
Silence rained for a moment as she eyed the juvenile her deep purple gaze fixed upon the handsome features, the deep red eyes and the strange markings, she could imagine her father looking like him, there was a similar look in their eyes. One you certainly didn't mess with. Pursing her lips she made a squeeking sound as she sucked air through her teeth "I suppose I could possibly forgive you and not report you to my father if you bring me some food and beg for forgivness." She said at last waiting for his responce.

Moses was amused by this cubs sudden hissy fit, but held back his amusement long enough to hear him out.
So this was the child of Lord Nyekundu?
As they stared each other down for a moment or two, he finally gave a rather exasperated sigh at her final words.
This girl was quite split sided wasn't she?
Atleast it meant he could shut her up with food.
"If all you wan't is food that can be obliged." He said, semi seriously as he moved over from his position and looked over her.
She wasn't much was she?
Sure she had the pink of Nyekundu, but the black...he couldn't place it.
"My names Moses."

The small black and salmon femme, calm now watched the light coloured male a shimmer in those deep purple orbs "Moses, hmm I think you're very clever moses my father would defend me to the death!" If it was a lie it was one she beleived whole heartedly, perhaps, because there was a waver in ehr eyes. She could not remember her mother only the female Rukiya whom had fed and groomed her and came, slowly when she called, her father mostly just looked upon her occasionally, scowled perhaps, but she was still alive and unmarked, she knew about the marks, she had asked Rukiya about the one on her face. All slaves were marked with them, it was clear she was not. She had been dubbed princess by her father but it was only in title, her father, he could only watch her for so long before he became fed up of her questions and left, ignoreing her as much as he could.
"Yes infact I like you you have to come with me, bring food" she stated simply waiting where she was while he did what ever it was that everyone else did to make the meaty bloody stuff appear before her. Where was Rukiya? She was very annoyed, she should not have to hunt out another slave to do her bidding. That pink twit couldn't possibly expect HER to hunt,proposterous! Her faethr didn't even hunt she knew that. How could they possibly expect her to do such a think, it was rediculous. That rukiya she would, ohh she was yet to think up a good thing to do to the pink slave. "hop to it moses I don't have all day you know? I have a very tight schedual to keep!" she quipped, meaning she was hungry and sleepy and she didn't wantt o stand here in the dirt any longer.

She...liked him?
An odd way of showing it but then again everything to do with females and the word 'like' was odd to him.
But he gave a simple nod before he suddenly pounced into the water, a large splash coming onto the shore as the white lion dissapeared for a seconmd or so.
A few bubbles.
Then nothing.
Only for the white male to come out, completely soaked with one of the many fish in the watering hole in his mouth, flopping around in a desperate grasp of life before a loud crunch and one last dieing flop meant the white male had silenced the annoying thing.
With this he followed after the little princess.

As the pale male splooshed in to the water her fur of course got splashed. She very almost protested glareing at the ripples he had created but she was curious, what exactly was he doing splashing about? She said food not go and play in the water!
She waited quietly though her paitence drawing thin as he came out of the water. Her mouth opened to take a verbal chunk out of the red eyed male when she noticed he had indeed produced food for her. Well, at least he was a half decent slave he knew how to follow an order. With a smirk she padded off back in the direction she had come her tail flickering high over her spine. "My father will be very pleased with you Moses, he may even allow you to hunt for me more often." She had started to notice recently that her primary care giver had been dissapearing for lengths of time. She knew the very pink female had grown she looked different from whence she had first met her, still that was no reason to up and vanish when she was hungry! She would bite her so hard when she saw her! There, that would be her revenge, with this in mind she continued to pad throught he oasis, hopping occasionally when a stone caught ehr pampered paws.
"Perhaps Fatehr would prefare it if you slept in his quarters any way, I'm sure he would be pleased to have you around as a body guard for his heir" she looked proud of herself, despite her father ignoreing her, Afritti knew full well she was the rightful heir even if her father refused to discuss the matter."Yes I'm sure he would be most pleased if you became my personal body guard, I need a second slave t seems one just isn't enough" she quipped as they came to a wide dark door way which reeked of Nyek, this was Afritti's home and all she had truely ever known was within, it was resting place of the royals, but it seemed noone was home, her father and ukiya STILL had not returned, god damn them!

As her back was turned, all he could do was roll his crimson eyes at her rather cocky choice of words.
She was quite the boastful little thing wasn't she?
And with a fish in his mouth, he sadly couldn't give any smart mouthed retort.
When they approached the den, his nose wrinkled slightly.
The place did smell of Nyekundu and this cub and probably the mother, although he had no recollection of ever meeting her.
So he followed the cub inside slightly so that his back half stuck out, only to place the fish at her feet.

Afritti'dogo looked at the fish curiously, was she expected to strip i?she was used to it being fethced and after complaints from ehr father it being stripped so she could eat it in mouth sized chunks. She really was spoiled. Clearing her throat she was about to infrom him that he needed to pull the fish apart for her when she noticed the rather fed up look. "don't roll your eyes at me!" she informed him quite suddenly her small deep violet eyes resting on him a little furious glare in thise beautiful dark eyes.
Letting ehr eyes slide to the fish she prodded it with a claw she had never been fed a fish before she knew it was food, it smelt of blood though the scent of the fishes' flesh was unfamiliar to her. "How do I eat it" she questioned her nose wrinkling in an unsavoury manner as she prodded it and the body jiggled slightly with her pawing at it, the heady scent of it raising every time she poked at it.

The white male's ears perked as he was caught rolling his eyes and narrowed them, but not angrily, just in a very plain, emotionless look that he wore most of his life while watching the little female.
However, he had to hold back an amused chuckle at her trying to figure out the dead fish infront of her.
Spoilt as she may be, he though she wasn't that bright.
Then again, he had no idea what to do with his first taste of veal his mother had caught for him and his siblings once they had been weaned from her milk.
And in the back of his mind, he couldn't help but wonder what they where up to.
But the thought was brief as he padded a little closer, moving his maw to rip a strip of fish of before laying down.
He then proceeded to pick out the little bones that would've easily gotten stuck in the cubs throat before spitting them away, nose wrinkled at the agitating little things.
Before he picked it up and placed the boneless piece of fish infront of her.
"Just eat it like you would your other food."

The salmon tinted princess looked at the fish and smiled lightly leaning down to snarf the fish as swiftly as she could. She was hungry, she had'nt eaten all day rukiya was else where and her father was the proverbial ghost, invisable until he deemed her worthy of seeing him.
Once the fillet was finished she lifted her head to look at the pale stranger her deep dark eyes looking contemplative. Could she convince this male to become loyal to her? He was clearly loyal to her father, why else would he do such a task on a whim for her. She was so used to Rukiya complaining when she had to do tasks she had fully expected it of Moses.
"Well, would you like to come in? I'm sure my father will be glad to see you have taken up possition as my guard" she stated rather snootily looking at the fish and licking her lips. "That, was rather delisious I think I shall have that again soon" She smirked, as if simply saying it would make such a meal happen again. Truth was of late she had't been getting much else but mice and rats and the occassional hare or rabbit, what ever Rukiya could be bothered fetching for her.
She was already on ehr way in to the large building, a dark hallways splintered with light from fallen blocks cascading ebfore them. She glanced back at Moses and raised a brow "you just going to stant there with your jaw hanging?" she sniffed once again and continued on towards a second door, the whole place was filled with the scent of Nyekundu, this was his resting place, slight undertones of the tiny female and the slave rukiya were predominant smells also though there was one old, underlying scent which was slowly escaping the place.
Through the second door they were greeted with a large room which was mostly in tact, the floor covered in furs and against the far wall piles and piles of furs lay. This was Nyekundus prize collection. He slept uon the furs fromt he animals he had killed. The colours and patterns were endless, some were huge, some were small, but all the belts mingled together and made the place smell of plush fur.
Afritti padded on up the pile settling in a place which was obviously her own, it was next to a rather larger plush mass which was obviously nyekundus. This was the kings home and Afritti had braught a slave to visit, she acctually pondered what her father would think.

The juvenille followed after her, eyes narrowed and face emotionless and expresionless as he padded after her.
His white fur glinted in the dappled rays of sunlight that shone through the mangled, glassless windows and holes within the old building.
As the smell of his new leader grew stronger, the darkened male began to become just slightly wary.
He wished not to intrude for the sake of his life if Nyekundu was angry.
But then again, he didn't wish to leave if Nyekundu placed his fatherly wrath upon the small female cub.
And boy he would've liked to see that.
He was becoming a little agitated of this young cubs voice, muzzle wrinkled back a little in a sneer before he shook it off and continued after her before he sat infront of the pile and looked up at Afriti.
"...Are you sure your father will not be angered at you for sitting on his pelts?"

Afritti scoffs "I live here too you know, I don';t usually venture out amongst you slaves. I just, can't find mine thats all" She retorts folding herself further in to the cushy furs. She did indeed sleep here too, though the place was clearly Nyeks. The little femme lifted her head and looked to the opening through which they had entered and raised a brow "here he comes. Just wait til I tell him Rukiya has been ignoreing me!" She snapped waiting for the big male to arrive ont he scene.
The salmon tinted male padded in upon heavy paws, a smirk on his pale maw, he seemed rather pleased with himself though upon entering his sanctuary he spotted Moses, he didn't pause though simply making his way to the piles of furs and clambering upon them making himself comfortable before crossing his front paws and looking at Moses. He seemed to be taking what ever was going on in his stride, a good thing probably.
"Moses, I didn't expect to find you in here." He turned his attention to his only cub, she was a disgrace, a female, nothing but a female, not his heir. He grunted and lashed his tail a couple of times licking his pale maw.
"Father" Afritti stated quite suddenly, breakingthe silence the big black maned male had created "Moses is to be my body guard" It was a simple enough statement but one filled with a demanding tone of voice.
Nyekundu laughed only once looking at Moses with a grin portraying his amusement "is that so? Did moses aggree to this?" he watched the otehr male with such a smirk on his maw it was clear he was taunting the little femme.
"Well father since my slave never comes when I call any more I need another one!" she snaps her tiny voice breaking and becoming very high pitched.
Nyek grunts his ears flickering in an aggitated manner as he turned back to Moses his golden eyes rolling. "You would do me a great service if you would watch My daughter while she is out and about" He paused a further smirk breaking that evil maw, he pawed for Moses to come closer and whispered "She is not my Heir moses you do not need to follow any rediculous orders from her, though I would be pleased if you would stop her becomming somones scratching post." he laughed again curling further in to his mess of furs "You can stay here in my quarters if you wish, the slave Rukiya lives here also she is nursemaid to the princess." He waved a claw at the black white and salmon mite destractedly, princess was just a name for her, she would never be queen if he had any sya in it.
Afritti grinned looking at Moses "does that mean I get to keep him?" her smirk widens her violet eyes dancing.
"No, it sdoes not, it means My general is at my side you are just an inconvenience to him on the occassions he feels free enough or have enough paitence to cope with you understood?"
Afritti's eyes never lowered from her fathers, they were silent for a long moment her deep purple orbs reflecting his bright golden ones "He is my body guard when I need him" she snorts, turning her glare upon Moses.
