Cosmo Kid is currently training his magic for wishes, but really cant be any use unless he has a kid to make happy. But be aware, since he is still a kid, his magic can make things worse and horrible events can happen. It could also depend of what your character wishes for.
Hopefully his magic will get better while he grows... I said Hopefully.

~Da Rules~
- Neither a child nor his or her fairy godparent(s) may reveal the fairy godparent(s)' existence to other people; breaking this rule will result in permanent separation between them and the erasing of the godchild’s memory.
- All fairies must grant wishes only to the children of the dominant species on TMK
- Any unwished item appears in the child's personal Unwish file in their Journal.
- Every child that is too mean or ungrateful could lose his/her Godparents.
- Godparents can only grant voice-related wishes made by their kids' voices.
- Godparents can only grant wishes to kids.
- Godparents cannot reveal other children's godparents; the godchild must find out on his or her own, unless that godchild wishes for it, in which case the godparent(s) must do so.
- If a child becomes so happy/old that they don't need fairies, the godparents go to find a new child
- If every fairy in the universe wants the same child, the matter can only be settled via a Texas Cagematch.
- No granting breakfast wishes after 10:30 AM. This is to keep in line with the time in which fast food restaurants convert their menus from breakfast to lunch/dinner.
- Saying the sentence, "I'm happy and I don't need my godparents anymore" under any circumstances will result in the removal of the fairies.
- The only rule to the rule-free muffin is a wish for a better-tasting muffin.
- A child's fairy godparent(s) cannot be wished away. Instead, a duel must take place between children. The loser loses his or her magical assistance and memory of them, as if he or she had broken rule #1
- Fairy godparents may only be lent to somebody who's twice as miserable.
- True love may not be tampered with. However, fake love does not apply to this rule. Also, magic cannot be used to make someone fall in love.
- A wish may not be used to directly inflict pain or death on anyone.
- A wish may not be used to put anyone at an advantage in any competition. A non-competitive portion of a competition, such as any sporting event in which there are more than two minutes left, is an exception.
- Magic may not be used to falsify documents.
- Magic may not be used to make every day Christmas.
- Magic may not be used to steal or counterfeit, because that would be bad.
- All wishes must either make a lot of sense or no sense at all.
- Any wish relating to teeth must be submitted to and approved by the Tooth Fairy before it is granted. Any wish relating to sleep must be submitted to and approved by the Mattress King/Sandman.
- Selona may substitute any punishment within the rules with another one, usually one more severe.
- A Fairy can't interfere with true love.
- What ever a child says during a wish must be followed percisly.
- You cannot kill or harm your godchild's parents.
- In order to get rid of copies/clones of one person, all clones/copies must be in the same room as the "Wisher".
- "Finders Keepers" law prevents wands from being wished away from other people or fairies, and whoever has the wand or wands is capable of granting wishes for themselves or other people.
- Every 1000 years or so, Faires must be evil for 1 whole day. If the day is not used to the most, then the fairy must return to the Fairy Academy for 500 years of re-training.
- Giving introductions to your godkid and saying that you are the child's fairy godparents is completely optional.
- The Anti-Fairies cannot be seen on Earth
- If a Fairy God Parent(s) quit, any wish granting magical creature can take his or her place as wish bringer for that child
- Contrary to what they say, genies CAN grant a wish for more wishes.
- Pixies can be seen on Earth.
- When a Fairy is in a One-day training, they must be replaced until they get back.

Once your Child becomes a Teen, Cosmo will have to leave you child and find a new one to look after. You dont have to have Cosmo with your kid ALL the time, but if you want to, then make sure I'm online at that time. =3
I'd prefer peeps to be on atleast simillar times to me, or I will try and be on during your times, whcih probly would be more available during weekends and my holidays.
