Do you not know the moves? Or can you just not do it?

@guns: It's long winded, but detailed - the easiet way to get the par time:

Get the closest grav mod then take the moving platform all the way up. Get the srping (super jump). Go back down to the bottom. You should be at the beams that have to two small bumpers moving back and forth across them. Wait untill one comes close then follow it to the middle and roll onto the gem. (You should have enough time to come to a complete stop before rolling onto the gem.) Now, facing towards the two gems that are on the platform above you (in the same direction you moved across the beam) very slowly roll off the beam. You should get the gem on the bottom side, and once you do use the spring to make it to the other side of the beams. You should be under two gems now. Take the platform there up one level. Before the platform reachs the top jump and blast to get the gem on the ceiling there. Be sure to give your marble spin so you can bounce off of the moving platform at the top there when you land, or you won't have time. Take the next moving platform there (it only moves up/down one space) to the top and get the gem on the platform there. Now make your way to the bottom of the platforms. Be sure to get the checkpoint on the way down. (if this is your first time getting the par, it's okay to fall off a few times. Speed runs come later; use the checkpoint.) You should see the beams that form a few boxes in the center, with two tall bumpers moving back and forth very fast, and the gem should be on the middle beam closest to you. Roll on the beam adjacent to the closer bumper, around the corner, untill you get next to the beam the bumper is on. Face the gem. Tricky part here, because you need to wait for the bumper to have just passed you before you jump, and you have to push forward enough to make it to the gem but push backward enough to have enough backspin so you don't bounce off of the other side of the beam. Once you come to a complete stop roll back next to the bumper beam you just jumped over. Face the platform you originally came from and wait for the bumper to move past you, behind you. Immediatly jump across to the bumper beam diagonly, so you only stay on the beam as you're passing over, holding the jump button so you jump again right when you hit it, and use the blast to make it to the platform. (If you just try to jump straight down the beam the bumper will hit you from behind.) Get the grav mod then get the spring and spring to the top. Now, you're on the opposite side of the beams you were just on. The bumpers on these beams are moving in a clockwise direction. Get behind the inner beam, where when the bumper passes you it is going away from you towards the gem. Wait for a bumped then roll along behind it, and jump midway so you land on the gem, while holding the jump button to jump again, and blast the moment you jump from the gem beam. This should clear you to the other side where the exit is. Now just get the grav mod, go up the platform, get the srping, and jump to the exit.
