Resting underneath the shade of a tree, lime green eyes scanned the area. A smile touched upon Na'ilah's features before she bent down to give her son a bath. Siltim squirmed a bit underneath her tongue, but that was to be expected. She knew he didn't want to spend all his time with her, but she worried about her youngest and the runt of her litter.
Moving around, Siltim tried his hardest to get away from his mother's bath but to no avail. He wanted to go exploring and spend some time with his friends! He wanted to take Ravi out to look around, that poor cub was too shy and scared for his own good. It had been many days, and that meant it was getting to the hottest time of the year. "Mommm! Do you have to do that now?"

Mika'il spotted his mate some distance away underneath a large tree. He went towards her and sat down next to her. Giving her a nuzzle, "Na'ilah. Siltim. You two been well?" It looked like Siltim wanted to get away from his bath and he couldn't help but chuckle.
Shimah bounced her way over to her mother and brother. "Mommy! Siltim!" She pounced on her brother beforel smiling to her mom, "I've missed you two." Then, she got off and sat down next to her mother, waiting her turn for a bath.

A slight nod of her head was the response that Na'ilah gave to the question. She was a bit occupied by giving Siltim a bath. Once she was finished, she nipped his ear, letting him know that she was done. "There, I'm done. Come here, Shimah." Once her daughter was inbetween her paws, she set to work cleaning off Shimah.
Lime green eyes gazed at his father. Siltim walked over to his father and tried to climb up on the large, lying figure. Successfully getting on his father's side, he let out a tiny roar, "I'm king of this hill!"

Mika'il smiled as his son came over and climbed on top of him. Playfully pawing at his son, the father smiled, "Think you can beat me, Siltim? You're no king of me!"
Shimah purred happily as her mother was giving her a bath and some attention. Her tail flicked left and right as she thought about traveling the world and seeing other prides. What did her mother think about it? Her father didn't mind, and that made her happy, but she wanted permission from both of her parents. Plus, she'd need to leave sooner or later.

A soft laugh escaped from the green lioness as Na'ilah continued to lick Shimah. Lime green eyes were partial closed before she whispered softly to her daughter, "I'm betting on your father to win this round!"
As a paw was swiped at Siltim as he jumped up and dodged it skillfully. A cheeky grin was placed on his features as his tail flicked to and fro, "Of course I can and you know it, Dad!" While still standing on top of his father's lying form, he leapt towards his head and nipped at his father's ear. "Gotcha!"

Mika'il rolled over as this helped to get his son off of him. A grin spread across his maw as he chuckled, "I don't think so, mister!" He batted a paw at Siltim before bringing his son closer to himself. With his son's squirming body, he licked his son's cheek and purred, "I've got you now!"
Shimah had her eyes close and slowly opened them as her mother was finishing her bath. Golden eyes gazed at her father and brother playing. She shook her head and giggled, "I'm not sure, Mom. You just might be right!" She called out to her brother, "Ah, Siltim. Can you really let Dad win? I thought you had more in you!" She would miss this when she left, that she would.

Wiggling and squirming for a bit, Siltim tried his hardest to get away from his father, but to no avail. Sighing in defeat, he puffed out his chest and openly pouted. "That's not fair! You cheated!" At his sister's words, all he could do was send her a sour look.
Shaking her head, Na'ilah reprimanded her son, "That's no way to talk to your father, Siltim!" Turning her attention back to her daughter, the green lioness smiled brightly. Getting up, "Come you to, let's go and get something to eat."
