I think photobucket now does video uploads.
I'm not too sure about it, though.
Youtube seems to be a sensible choice.

u might need cables and a camera u can upload on and youtube

dude- tell us about the video. is it on your computer? what format is it? how large is the file? how long is it? what codec is, if any, did you use to encode it?
if it is not on your computer, what kind of device is it on and do you know how to get it onto your computer?
