The canyon search seems to start at the widest edge, that merges with the canyon's lake. It's where the elevator directly takes people, and the easiest take-off spot for vivina.
The canyon is made up of rocky ledges that lead into the fairly flat bottum, as you go down the long trail the canyon narrows into but a mere wedge. Every year the wedge seems to go a bit further until it finds somethign to stop it.. however, it won't be doing anything of importance at this time.
((As with the other groups I'll post updates when things happen. :3 ))

Vivina and Sephayr stepped out of the elevator and looked around. The last time Vivina has been here was the St. Patrick's day event. Both observed the location carefully, but only saw a wide open area with walls of rock rising beyond. The area was perfect for test flight and that's just what they did.
"Good, so now we can get down to trying to fly. Seph! Come here so I can try and get on your back. Don't worry, I'm not that heavy." She urged her dragon to crouch low enough for her to slide over into the position Alan had told her about. She heard a grunt from Seph as he was burdened with some extra weight. Vivina then tucked her legs right to Seph's underside as he rose up into flight position. "Ready?"
Sephayr confirmed with a mumble and made sure she wasn't going to move around much while he flew. Nodding to Vivina, he pushed himself off the ground and pumped his wings into use. After a few seconds, the two were hovering a few feet off the ground, rising slowly. Seph huffed a few times before getting used to Vivina's weight upon his back. Satisfied, he flew around in circles to see if Vivina would hold on.
Vivina looked about her in awe as she realized she was flying ontop of Sephayr. She held onto her dragon tightly, but not so as to pull out his feathers. She then noticed Seph was flying in circles and nearly leaned too far when he turned a corner. Counterbalancing just so she could stay up, Seph growled a reminder of what Alan said as the two nearly rolled over in the air and fell down. Vivina had almost forgotten that she had to stay still and let him do most of the work. That and stay focused.
Trying again, Seph did more complicated turns and Vivina held on throughout all of the test flight. Later, seeing as both were satisfied, the two flew off into the canyon to search for Talia.

"Diiz way!" Snapped the raven, as he hopped from bush to bush, rambling from over from under rock to over rock through the canyon. The boy was quite a mess, among the rips and tears in his lovely cream clothing were clots of blood and small weeds which had attached themselves to him. At first glance, the canyon may have looked beautiful. Yet, traveler beware. The little black boy with wings was almost frantic as he tried to maintain his footing along the steep ledges of the cliff. However, he was determined to reach the top of the ledge beheld in his eyes. It was the only image reflected in them currently.
Yes, that single speck of ledge against endless open sky.
Behind the impetuous young bird climbed the weary travelers. On as black as himself and the other a stark contrasting white. The two smaller children looked hassled and weary, almost as if they had been growing tired of walking. They probably had. Keivlos had been dragging them on for hours now.
Their journey had started in the lobby of D-corps main head quarters. Both Madeline and Haruki had brought them along into the furry of chaos which was occurring at the building. It hadn't taken long for the oddity which was Keivlo’s mind to lead him astray. He could never sit still long, no not long at all. He always had to be moving. Out the door he had crawled when no one was looking. He hadn't counted on company to follow...not that he could care either way. Revon always followed him...and Emi, well he was most pleased the swan had come. Now she could go 'Fly, fly' as well.
For that was his goal you see. For only the other day he had truly discovered with those wings on his back could do. First he had jumped off his bed...then from the top of the living room chair. Mother had caught him before he made it out the window. But she wasn't here now...and this...big empty precipice before him. "Eh-hee-hee...."
Higher had to get higher...away from the awfully screaming sound of that water. Dry and high....or high and dry...maybe six parts dry 8 and 3/4 parts dry. Either way, that's why they had been walking so long. He had to take them farther back into the canyon, toward the end.
They had also retreated a few feet down already. As much as Keivlos would love to see everyone covered in red pretty marks, the sharp shiny wire along the evil tall metal structure had made it difficult to escape back.
A twitchy eye darted down to the tips of his seared and shredded fingers. "FAaasSsstter!" he halted long enough to turn around and scream at the other two. He hadn’t cut his pretty fingers helping them under just so they could stop him. No...not stopping...mustn’t stop!
He was off.

Following his brother was second nature to Revon. Thus when his brother had left the side of their respective caretakers the raven followed after without a thought. It occurred to him that even if Haruki had never truly yelled before, perhaps this stunt would be the last straw and he'd actually have a reaction similar to how that blond woman acted. Oh Revon didn't particlarly like miss Madeline, she yelled at Keivlos far to much in his opinion. Anyone like that couldn't be good. One would think with the young bird's logic running like this he would see Haruki in the same light, but frankly the red head had yet to yell at Keivlos. He'd just locked him out of the apartment.
But speaking of anger... He could conclude that Keivlos would likely be yelled at again tonight. which only furthered the dislike the quiet boy had for the woman, but likely the dislike wasn't as much as his curiosity as just what Keivlos intended. Certainly he'd do it, the idea must have been brilliant, it was concocted by his brother. It was as simple as that. The problem was, just what was it? They'd been walking for a long time now, even under a rather sharp fence. His brother had been kind enough to help the two followers by holding up the wire for them though. This only further proved that his brother loved him, unlike the rest of the world. Even if he wasn't the best bird ever his brother fargave him for the imperfections. That was why he followed him and trusted him so. His brother would never hurt him.
Or so Revon thought.
Revon was a bird and so he wasn't particularly afraid of heights, but at the moment the canyon was seeming a bit far down and they kept going higher. Still he scrambled all the faster when his brother called for it. Certainly he thought it was high enough, but it obviously wasn't. Keivlos said up, and that meant he'd go up! "W-wait fo-for me!"

The wheezing and panting coming from Keivlos was growing in volume by the second. Sure, he was a healthy kid...young, fit for his age...but even a child can wear themselves out. He was pressing himself hard, harder than usual. It was so close...a bloody finger reached out in front of him, but it only managed to poke at the air. His eyes...they had deceived him! The boy gave an angry screech. With a swoop he raised one hand pulling himself up to the next ledge, and then the next...and the next...rocks, bushes, rock,---some pebbles rolled down as he slipped.
But then....trickery! Only moments ago he had been far away and now--he was standing on the edge of his hearts desire. The raven boy clapped his hands with glee. "ISHA THE WHOLE WORLD!" He screamed at the top of his lungs down at his brother and Emi who were still desperately trying to keep up with him. Wait? Huh? Why he hadn't even heard Revon.
Yes, he could see the whole world from. He could see the whole world, and as far as he was concerned, it was his.
Sharp as a blade, the chilly wind of the canyon whipped past the feathers on his head. He grabbed at them...this place, so empty, so lonely...so cold, it was "Sperfectale... " he muttered. His own special word for all that was good and great in this world.
One red eye and one gray looked down into the deep slit of the canyon. His toes edged foreword. Too long had he been waiting here...he wanted to fly. In his head he remembered the fun episode he had had with 'flying'. The sensation he had gotten each time he jumped off an article of furniture.
First he fell from that chair....high, high? No, not good enough. The sensation he had gotten in the pit of his stomach only lasted a few seconds. From the couch it was better....but it hurt when he went flaling. The bird frowned...it seemed that good always came with a bad. The pretty red had a price...and that was the sting. So , ’flying’…(the first part where you jump, was best!) but the price was the flaling.
Keivlos tilted his head back just in time to see Revon and Emi collapse upon the stoop. He leaned to far back as he stared and fell on his head, rolling over onto his side. "...Revie go flaling with Keivie first." He stated flatly. Emi...no, most pretty white thing that didn't hurt...she would go fly, and flaling next. He would test it before she could try.
Smiling Keivlos dragged himself up and reached for his brothers hand. Instead of usually grabbing at his har like he always did, he grabbed at his ear...or where his ear should have been, at those little feathers.
With a scream which sounded half in dilight, half in anamilistic nature Keivlos dragged both of the off the cliff. "Jump!" he ordered Revon. And that, was that.

Vivina scanned the canyon carefully, looking at every rock face for any signs of movement. The wind blew through her hair, through Seph's feathers, and thoughout the canyon. Nothing but a few plants and invertebrates moved about on the rocky walls. The only sound Vivina could hear was the wind, the pumping of Seph's wings, and the chirping of birds from afar.
"Augh! Nothing is here! But we need to keep searching! Let's turn back and look back again before getting too far into the canyon. At least this area here is wide enough to turn about in." With a reluctant growl, Seph did turn about and started flying back towards the exit. "I know we should be looking ahead in the deeper parts of the canyon, but you can always miss things when flying one way. Maybe something could be behind a jutting piece of rock that we didn't notice while flying the other way."
Not too long after turning about, Vivina and Seph heard distant yelling. It sounded like a child in trouble. "Seph! About face! You have better hearing than I do, so fly towards the source of that screech! It could be Talia! Or someone else in trouble!"
Once again swerving around, Seph flew at top speed into the depths of the canyon. A few minutes later, both heard an angry screeching noise. "I think we're getting clo- Look! Over there on the wall!" Vivina pointed to a pair specks on the right canyon wall. Seph nodded and murmured something in reply. By the time they got close enough to see what the specks were, they jumped off the wall and were now falling quickly down to the canyon floor and river below.
"Seph! Get ready to catch them!" Vivina felt Seph pull out a sudden burst of speed. As the two got closer, Vivina noticed the specks were only more D-Corp kids. Youngs ones at that! Upon closer observation, they were both of a bird species, and they looked almost exactly alike. This was going to be a challenge.
"Quickly, get below them and I'll try and catch the two!" Not knowing exactly how she'll pull this off, she guided Seph far below the falling ravens and prepared herself to catch them. The first one that fell came into sight and Vivina steadied Seph. "Hold on, some extra weight is gonna pile up soon." As she finished her sentence, Vivina reached up and caught the Keivlos, nearly fall backwards. Seph squawked awkwardly as he tried to adjust to the weight. Vivina got back into position and placed Keivlos in front of her. "Don't move around too much, you'll cause us to fall off of Seph."
A few seconds later, Vivina reached out to catch Revon. However, she only caught a scruff of his shirt. Surprised and thinking quickly, she leaned over further and managed to grab onto his hand, causing Seph to once again squawk and awkwardly strain to not tip over. The weight was becoming unbearable.
"Ah! Sorry! Don't let go and I'll pull you up! Seph, lower us down slowly. I don't want us to fall down the rest of the way onto the hard floor!" Slowly gathering her strength, she began to pull Revon up, leaning the other way and trying to balance the weight on Seph. She finally pulled him up and sat him behind her. "Hold on to my waist and don't kick Seph's wings or else we'll go plunging down. He's trying very hard to keep all of us in the air." Not knowing whether the two understood her, she hoped for the best as they slowly descended.

The boy let out a sigh as he allowed himself to slide to the floor for a moments rest. Finally at the top. He'd momentarily closed his eyes in the time his brother was commenting on the view. They were very high up, that was right. The whole world though? He suspected things stretched much farther, he could still see a horizon and there had to be more beyond that right? The other end of the canyon wasn't were it all ended, or maybe it was. Perhaps at the edge of the wall was a drop off into nothingness. He had to wonder, perhaps his brother was right. His brother was often right about other things, no... Always right. His brother was always right.
The timid raven pushed himself to his feet and teetered forward the few steps needed to be in equal standing with his brother looking out across the wide expanse. It was definitely big and it seemed even more correct now that he was standing here. Yes, his brother had to be right, this was indeed the whole world. Or it was as far as he was concerned.
The boy ducked his head momentarily as the wind whipped across the set of twins before dying down in a momentary lull, his eyes turning once more to the brilliant hues of the rocky formations that made up the canyon. Truly it was a sight to behold, but that wasn't the reason they were up here apparently. For it was at this moment that Keivlos declared that the twins would be 'testing' the flying before the other bird could join them. Wether she would was debatable, but the fact that that a moment after that Revon felt the sharp tug of his brother dragging him off the edge by his ear. And that was that, they were both in the air much too high for their own good.
"L-l-lo!" This time the stutter wasn't from his shy nature, but actual fear. The boy faliled his arms a moment as the world seemed to dissapear from under his feet and gravity took charge. How did the birds do it? He tried flapping his wings which just made more of a mixture of frightened and shocked colors hitting at the air uselessly. Certainly the bird might eventually be able to fly, but he'd need to know how to flap his wings right and they would need to be the right size. Which meant at the moment his survival chances for this flight seemed dim. That was until someone else appeared.
It was hard to say if the young raven was pleased, or more freaked out at the idea of this new person. They'd seemed to appear from nowhere and tried to snag his arm. Then this new creatures hand managed to catch his and the fall seemed to slow. When he did bther to look up he noted that his brother's unconcious form also seemed to be with there, and that alone was likely why the bird complied with the request. If not he might have simply frozen in a conflict of interests and that wouldn't have worked out as well. As it was the boy managed to close his own fingers around the girls wrist as she pulled the him up and set him in the spot he was to remain. He did as he was told ducking his head into the high collar instinctly. His main question was if his brother was alright, but then again... He didn't want to talk to this strange person.

Sephayr huffed quite uncomfortably as he had to bear the weights of two others. He was only meant to hold one person on this first flight, not three. His straining to lower the group slowly to the ground seemed to drain most of his energy. The only thing keeping him going is the fact that if he failed he'd lead three children to their doom, something he'd never forgive himself for if he survived.
Vivina looked back and smiled at Revon and then focused on trying to steady Seph. Keivlos seemed to be unconscious and so all she had to do was try and hold him on Seph. "Don't worry, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just going to get us down on land again." Seeing as the boy was in a state of shock and fear, reassurance was all she could give. Silently, she told Seph that they were almost to the ground.
Sephayr huffed and hovered a few feet off the ground. Seeing as it wouldn't do much harm to the children and that he was too tired to land properly, he stopped moving his wings and landed his large, feathered body with a thud. Roaring, more like moaning, weakly, Seph looked back at the children to see if they were all right.
Vivina stared at Seph, slightly dazed after suddenly hitting solid ground so abruptly. Loosening up her grip on Seph, she turned to look at Revon. "We've landed so we can get off of Seph now." Carefully, she got herself off of her dragon, making sure Revon and the unconscious Keivlos didn't get hurt. The last thing she wanted was anyone being traumatized by Seph at a young age.
Gathering strength back in her legs after being airborne, Vivina took a deep breath and looked back at the two boys. "Alright, explain why you two were up on the cliffs and why you jumped. You could have killed yourselves!" Trying not to sound too angry, she couldn't help but to feel slightly frustrated that she went off her duty to save two free falling children.

He hunked down even more as she spoke. Evenif the words were meant to calm him this was some strange person. No matter how kind the action she did was it still didn't change the fact she must have seen him as only trouble. Something flawed, useless. Yes, Keivlos too... Keivlos would be upset with him for not flying. He'd said they were supposed to fly, but instead he'd only fallen. He'd failed horribly to meet an expectations set upon him. His brother would be upset, he could only imagine what other's would say... If his brother was angry those people would be far more...
As they finally 'landed' the boy slid off rather quickly. Partially from the sudden landing that had him fall with a thud. As well as an eagerness to escape this new person. Even with the fact she happened to have pink hair, for he did so like that clor, unless his brother had sanctioned her as 'ok' he simply didn't feel comfortable. The fact she quickly exclaimed to him only moments later didn't help, and the young raven drew another step further back shutting his eyes as if wincing from some blow. Quite frankly he was truly beginning to think the ground might have been more welcoming. The ground, afterall, was safe. This strange person was not.
Still, after a moment the boy opened his mouth as if to attempt to speak, though only a minor squeak of a noise came out before he snapped it shut again. He shook his head a moment later. Yes, it had to be the one who refused to speak that hadn't fainted in the process, how exactly Vivina might get the story out of the young bird was something only the heavens knew. She'd have more luck getting sense out of Keivlos before Revon managed to explain the whole story to her.

Vivina glared at Revon, but soon sighed seeing as he wasn't going to say anything. Did she really scare the kid? Or does he think she's some sort of stranger who's going to kidnap him? Why the heck would someone fly down and save his life then? Suddenly, something clicked in her mind. This boy and the other must have been trying to fly! It all made sense. The tall cliff, them being some sort of bird, and their desperate attempt to flap their wings. Vivina then remembered flight class and could only laugh softly. Sephayr could only glance over to see what Vivina was laughing at before lowering his head to rest again.
Sighing as she focused on the cowering figure, she knelt over and smiled again. "Look, I'm sorry for yelling at you. There's a girl missing and I was busy searching the canyon before I saw you and the other kid falling. I'm frustrated that it took up so much time, but on the other hand, at least you two are alive." She stared at the fightened boy through her glasses and dug through her pocket. She then grabbed Revon's hand and placed two pieces of strawberry candy in it. "Here, you can have this. The other is for your brother. He is your brother, right?" Vivina smiled slightly, hoping that the other bird was his brother, otherwise she'd look like a stupid preteen in front of Revon.
Standing up straight, she stretched out and checked on Sephayr. How was she going to take these two back to the building? Sephayr was dead tired from that last stunt and probably will only have enough energy to fly without anyone on him. "Oh dear. I'm afraid we might have to walk back to the building. Seph, as soon as you gain enough energy to fly, scout the rest of the canyon without me and fly back as soon as you reach the lake or see someone else. I think I'll be taking these two back myself." She looked at Seph cautiously and saw his nodding gently. He was then fast asleep. "Poor dragon. Hope he doesn't sleep too long." She then turned her attention back to Revon.
"As soon as you're ready, we have to head back. We can't leave an unconscious person alone in this area. It's too dangerous. Of course, if you want to, I can go by myself and leave you two to look after yourselves. I'm sure your parents would be worried sick though." Vivina pat her pants as to get some dust off and went to the river bank and washed her hands. If Revon agreed to head back to D-Corp, maybe then she could get the story out of him. Of course she would tell her own flying story, but only if she could get him to talk and listen to her!

((BTW No you can't win with Revon, almost everything you do is wrong, or well... It makes HIM wrong/bad. D: It's not your fault.))
Revon wavered a bit at the quiet laugh that fell from the girls mouth after the harsh glare. He wasn't quite sure what to think of it, the only thought that came to mind was that she thought hi funny. Funny because he messed up so much, because he was so very flawed. Yes, he must have been funny yo look at, such a useless little creature. He bit his lip slightly gazing down at the ground tugging at the cross around his neck, he wanted to run, to leave this bad situation. However, he didn't want to leave Keivlos behind, leaving his brother was something he couldn't do, wouldn't do. So he stood there waiting for a moment before looking up. The girl was talking about an apology? For yelling? Why was she saying that now, hadn't she done that because he was bad? Line yelled when Keivlos was bad, so epople yelled when you were bad. Why was she appologizing for that?
Still she was saying something about a girl, a girlmissing? Maybe they were looking for Emi, she was a girl. "M-..mi... Em-..i?" He mumbled quietly, obviously working to manage the simply name. At the same time he pointed up to where the girl might have been earlier. He wasn't sure if she'd followed them, most likely not. Emi would have seen that flying didn't work without knowing how, as least they knew that now after jumping. Keivlos had been nice and wanted to make sure it was safe for Emi, just like they should have. Though perhaps that wasn't the girl they where looking for, or the stuttering had been a bit much as his hand was quickly grabbed and two small object deposited in it. For for himself, one for Keivlos. "L-lo..." He blinked at the two pieces before at his sibling. "L-lo b-oth..." The R had been completely lost as his voice caught, though hopefully the point got across as he took another step back from the girl once more creating the space as she was momentarily distracted witht he dragon.
Once more his attention had turned to him though and the boy blinked. When he was ready? He always had to be ready, his brother might want to play a game at any time, it was important that he was ready to play too. "O-kay." As for the comment regarding their parents, he knew Haruki might be annoyed with him, but he likely had been too busy with work to notice he was gone... Yet. Besides Keivlos drug him off to play a fair bit, just usually not such dangerous things. "F-fin Ha?" He asked inquisitively. If infact they were going to find the red-head he'd be able to hide behind the somewhat safer caretaker, and thus it was better. Certainly he wouldn't mind going if that was the case. "o-okay if f-fin-duh... H-ha." He paused momentarily glancing at his brother. "L-lo c-c-...ome t-too?" Well perhaps she might be able to get a story out of the boy, if she was willing to put up with the stutter.

((Ah, okies^^))
Vivina looked back at Revon. "Emi? I don't know of any Emis around here...well not yet. No, I'm looking for Mr. Rikery's girl, Talia. You know, the guy who's in charge of D-Corp? Anyway, whoever this Emi is, I'd like to meet her someday. You seem to know her well." Shrugging at this awkward moment, she sighed once again and stood there thinking to herself. She turned her head back to Revon upon hearing his soft voice again. Both? Did he mean brother? It seemed reasonable enough. Seeing as he was stuttering, she expected some missing letters in his speech. "Eh? Oh, so he is your brother. That makes things a bit easier...I think. Hmm...you remind me of Anoki with his stuttering. Hehe..."
Vivina smiled upon hearing Revon's answer. Good, so they were going to head back. If they do get back, she'd be able to look for whoever is in charge of these two boys and then report back to Alan as soon as Seph returns. Snapping out of her thoughts again, Vivina cocked her head at the question. "Find? Oh, if we find someone?" She didn't know anyone named Ha, but indeed she did hear about someone whose named began with those letters. She didn't know who he was, but she did know that he was one of the newer teachers at D-Corp. That settles it. She'll just have to find this "Ha" person. "Ok, we're going back to find Ha. And yes, he's coming too. We can't leave him alone out here. If he wakes up and no one's around, who knows what trouble he'd be in."
Smiling brightly now that she got Revon to go back to D-Corp, Vivina stretched out once more and went to whisper something to Seph. A loud snore was his reply, but Vivina seemed contempt. That lazy dragon. She hoped that he would at least remember what to do when he wakes up. "Alright then! Time to head out. I'll have to carry your brother though. There's nothing here to use as some sort of wagon. Is that ok with you?" Vivina didn't want to handle Keivlos without the brother's permission. She didn't want the small boy to think bad of her, although he might think that already. She should really learn to keep her head in such situations. Especially around those younger than her. She shrugged the thought off and waited for a reply.
