I was a little kid. I was being led around on the horse having a mighty good time when I fell off and the thing stepped on my hand.

My little sister got almost-mauled by a horse once when it bucked her when she was three. I think she must have pulled its hair.

My hand was not broken as the ground was very spongy and my hand just sank down.
Still hurt though.
